Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif de tension et de détection de la trame pour métiers à tisser à tuyères, en particulier avec insertion pneumatique de la trame, comprenant un corps de base (6) dans lequel un conduit de guidage du fil (8, 12) est prévu dans un premier et dans un deuxième plan d'implantation (7, 11) en aval dans le sens d'insertion de la trame A, moyennant quoi un entraxe défini x existe entre la sortie d'un conduit de guidage du fil (8) et la sortie de l'autre conduit de guidage du fil (12) et moyennant quoi le dispositif de détection (13) est installé du côté de la sortie des conduits de guidage du fil, caractérisé en ce qu'un dispositif de détection (13) commun est attribué aux deux conduits de guidage du fil (8, 12), en ce que le dispositif de détection (13) comporte de préférence des moyens opto-électriques qui sont disposés dans un support (13a) essentiellement adapté à la structure côté sortie du corps de base (6) et en ce que le dispositif de détection (13) comprend un émetteur de rayons (13b), un récepteur de rayons (13c) et au moins un moyen de transmission des rayons (13d) disposé entre l'émetteur de rayons et le récepteur de rayons.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le support (13a) est pourvu d'un conduit de détection (17 ; 18) dans un premier et dans un deuxième plan d'implantation (15, 16).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que les plans d'implantation (15, 16) des conduits de détection (17; 18) sont identiques aux plans d'implantation (7, 11) des conduits de guidage du fil (8, 12).
  4. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la section des conduits de guidage du fil (8, 12) et celle des conduits de détection (17, 18) sont de forme et de taille essentiellement identiques.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de transmission des rayons (13d) est logé dans une pièce intermédiaire (13e) du support (13a) placé entre les conduits de détection (17, 18).
  6. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'émetteur de rayons (13b) ou le récepteur de rayons (13c) est installé au choix dans le premier ou dans le deuxième conduit de détection (17, 18) de manière périphérique pour pouvoir interrompre un flux de rayons présent entre l'émetteur de rayons (13b) et le récepteur de rayons (13c).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un seul émetteur de rayons (13b) est installé dans la pièce intermédiaire (13e), entre lequel et le récepteur de rayons (13c) disposé de manière périphérique dans les conduits de détection (17, 18) se produit un flux de rayons.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un seul récepteur de rayons (13c) est installé dans la pièce intermédiaire (13e), entre lequel et l'émetteur de rayons (13b) disposé de manière périphérique dans les conduits de détection (17, 18) se produit un flux de rayons.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un conduit de passage s'étendant verticalement est prévu dans la pièce intermédiaire (13e) qui permet le flux de rayons entre l'émetteur de rayons (13b) disposé de manière périphérique dans les conduits de détection (17, 18) et le récepteur de rayons (13c).
