Abstract
Description
- ein Zylindergehäuse, in dem ein mit einer Kolbenstange verbundener Kolben axial verschiebbar angeordnet ist,
- einen hohlzylindrischen Dämpfungskolben, der in seinem einem Zylinderboden zugewandten Bereich wenigstens eine Öffnung aufweist, in der zylindrischen Bohrung des Kolbens axial verschiebbar angeordnet ist, mittels einer Feder in Richtung einer in dem Zylinderboden vorgesehenen Ein- und Auslaßöffnung für ein Hydraulikmedium vorgespannt ist und wenigstens einen Anschlag aufweist, der die maximale Relativverschiebung des Dämpfungskolbens gegenüber dem Kolben begrenzt.

Claims (12)
- Flurförderzeug, insbesondere Hochhubwagen, mit einer willkürlich steuerbaren Hubvorrichtung zum Anheben und Absenken einer mit der Hubvorrichtung aufgenommenen Last, wobei die Last durch Absenken der Hubvorrichtung auf einer Fahrbahnoberfläche (32) absetzbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Dämpfungsvorrichtung zum Verzögem der Absenkbewegung vorgesehen ist, wobei die Dämpfungsvorrichtung während des Absetzens der Last auf der Fahrbahnoberfläche (32) wirksam ist.
- Flurförderzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dämpfungsvorrichtung höchstens auf den letzten 25 Zentimetem der Absenkbewegung der Hubvorrichtung vor dem Absetzen der Last auf der Fahrbahnoberfläche (32) wirksam ist.
- Flurförderzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dämpfungsvorrichtung höchstens auf den letzten 15 Zentimetem der Absenkbewegung der Hubvorrichtung vor dem Absetzen der Last auf der Fahrbahnoberfläche wirksam ist.
- Flurförderzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hubvorrichtung mindestens einen hydraulischen Hubzylinder aufweist und die Dämpfungsvorrichtung mit dem hydraulischen Hubzylinder in Wirkverbindung steht.
- Flurförderzeug nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dämpfungsvorrichtung in dem hydraulischen Hubzylinder integriert ist.
- Flurförderzeug nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dämpfungsvorrichtung als Endlagendämpfung des hydraulischen Hubzylinders ausgeführt ist.
- Flurförderzeug nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hubzylinder die folgenden Merkmale aufweist:ein Zylindergehäuse (1), in dem ein mit einer Kolbenstange (10) verbundener Kolben (4) axial verschiebbar angeordnet ist,einen hohlzylindrischen Dämpfungskolben (11), der in seinem einem Zylinderboden (2) zugewandten Bereich wenigstens eine Öffnung (16) aufweist, in der zylindrischen Bohrung (8) des Kolbens (4) axial verschiebbar angeordnet ist, mittels einer Feder (15) in Richtung einer in dem Zylinderboden (2) vorgesehenen Ein- und Auslaßöffnung (3) für ein Hydraulikmedium vorgespannt ist und wenigstens einen Anschlag (13) aufweist, der die maximale Relativverschiebung des Dämpfungskolbens (11) gegenüber dem Kolben (4) begrenzt.
- Flurförderzeug nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß, wenn sich der Kolben (4) und die Kolbenstange (10) auf eine Position in der Nähe der Ein- und Auslaßöffnung (3) zubewegen oder von dieser Position wegbewegen, der Dämpfungskolben (11) auf dem Ventilsitz (17) bereits bzw. noch aufsitzt und die Zylinderkammer (6) nur über die Öffnung (16) des Dämpfungskolbens (11) mit der Ein- und Auslaßöffnung (3) verbunden ist.
- Flurförderzeug nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kolbenstange (10), der Kolben (4) und der Dämpfungskolben (11) hohlzylindrisch ausgebildet sind.
- Flurförderzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Flurförderzeug als Hochhubwagen ausgeführt ist.
- Flurförderzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Steuerung der Hubvorrichtung ein elektrisches Schaltelement vorgesehen ist.
- Flurförderzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Steuerung der Hubvorrichtung ein an einer Steuerdeichsel des Flurförderzeugs angeordnetes Schaltelement vorgesehen ist.
