Definitions
- the invention relates to a swivel push fork for an industrial truck, comprising at least one carrier for a push slide, the push slide has at least two outer roller units with which the push carriage the carrier is guided horizontally displaceable and the roller units at least in Longitudinal direction of the carrier are spaced apart, and at least one middle roller unit is provided, which - viewed in the longitudinal direction of the carrier - is arranged between the two outer roller units.
- Swivel push forks are used on industrial trucks of various types, used for example in high-bay stackers or high-bay order pickers, wherein the swivel push fork is usually on the front of the vehicle a mast is attached to be raised.
- man-up devices is in common with the swivel push fork can lift a driver's cab along the mast, while with man-down devices, the liftable swivel push fork by an im Ground area driver's seat is controlled from.
- a generic swivel push fork is for example from DE 2 327 047 A. known.
- This document discloses a swivel push fork in which a Push carriage slidably mounted on a carrier by means of two roller units is. Between the roller units mentioned there are two perpendicular to these aligned rollers with which the vertical forces acting on the push slide be supported on the carrier.
- roller units To move the push carriage in the transverse direction of the truck enable, the push slide is guided on the carrier by means of roller units.
- Each roller unit consists of one or two with a vertical axis of rotation arranged rollers. This supports moments acting around a vertical axis can be at least two roller units in the transverse direction of the Truck spaced apart. An optimal support width is achieved if these role units, in the present context as external Roller units are referred to at the lateral end areas of the Push carriage are arranged.
- the carrier In order to be able to support moments that are about a horizontal transverse axis of the Truck are directed, the carrier has two vertically spaced Guide areas, which are assigned roller units of the slide are.
- the push slide thus has upper and lower roller units. Usually two upper and two lower roller units are provided.
- the carrier on which the push slide is guided extends in the Usually across the entire width of the vehicle.
- the carrier points to the side of the
- the shelves located on the truck have a normal safety distance. While When storing objects on the shelves, this safety distance of the load handler is exceeded as completely as possible. This is it required to push the slide at least partially over the lateral boundary of the To move the wearer what is referred to as a thrust in specialist circles.
- the lateral mobility of the push carriage is limited by the fact that the roller units provided on the push slide with which the push slide on Carrier is led, must remain engaged.
- solutions with a to increase the thrust are known two-part carrier, in which the push carriage on a second carrier part is guided, which is displaceable relative to the first, non-movable support part.
- Such solutions are complex to manufacture and increase in size in addition, the front dimension of the swivel push fork in the longitudinal direction of the industrial truck, with which the moment load of the mast and, in the case of man-up devices, also that Distance of the load from the driver's cab is increased.
- the present invention is therefore based on the object of being easy to manufacture Swivel pusher fork with an enlarged stem size that remains the same To provide overflow.
- This object is achieved in that for the movement of the An end position is provided relative to the carrier in which at least one outer roller unit - viewed in the longitudinal direction of the carrier the carrier is spaced, while at least one central roller unit on the Carrier is guided.
- the longitudinal direction of the carrier corresponds to the transverse direction of the Industrial truck.
- the Thrust slide acting moments directed around a vertical axis supported outer roller units.
- the arrangement according to the invention makes it possible however, to move the slide carriage sideways into a position at one of the two outer roller units the guide area of the carrier has left. The sliding carriage is then guided on the carrier via a outer roller unit and the middle roller unit. With this arrangement, a Thrust can be achieved, which is approximately half the width of the slide equivalent.
- the end position can be defined by an end stop, which is the maximum thrust of the slide.
- the roller units can be designed such that the roller unit is a has only role that within a U-shaped guide rail the carrier is arranged. With a single roller, forces can thus be applied in the longitudinal direction and transmitted in the rearward longitudinal direction of the industrial truck become.
- the roller unit has a pair of rollers, the two Rolls of the pair of rolls - viewed in the horizontal transverse direction of the carrier - spaced apart and a common or two separate Guide rails are assigned.
- a roll is provided in the backward longitudinal direction.
- the guide rail is designed as an I-profile, for example, the Roll a pair of rolls on opposite sides of the same profile roll.
- two separate roles can also be used for the two roles Guide rails may be provided.
- the space requirement of the roller units of the swivel push fork in the transverse direction of the Industrial truck can be minimized in that at least one role of middle role unit to at least one role of an outer role unit - in viewed in the vertical direction - is spaced.
- a role is preferably the middle roller unit compared to the neighboring rollers of the outer one Roller units offset in the vertical direction.
- the diameter of the middle roll can be independent of the existing between the two outer roles Free space can be chosen.
- the middle roller unit is at least one guide rail of the carrier assigned, which relate exclusively to a lateral end region of the carrier extends.
- the guide rail for the middle roller unit thus extends only to an area where the middle roller unit is guided is necessary to enable a transfer. If the push slide is in lateral direction completely in the area of the carrier, is the middle Roller unit not guided. This ensures that the push slide is always with the largest possible support width is attached to the beam. At the same time, through the spatial limitation of the guide rail for the middle roller unit Manufacturing costs of the carrier can be minimized.
- the carrier has at least one upper and one lower guide area Has guide rails, the sliding carriage upper and lower Has role units that are assigned to the respective management area.
- the two guide areas are preferably located on the upper and lower End of the carrier.
- the load-side roller of the roller pair a smaller Has diameter than the role of the roller pair facing away from the load. It is equally advantageous if at least one lower roller unit as Is executed pair of rollers, the load-side roller of the pair of rollers is a larger one Has diameter than the role of the roller pair facing away from the load. There are each run those roles with larger diameter, which in the Supporting weight forces of a load experience the greater load.
- FIG. 1 shows a high-rack stacker in as a generic industrial truck Top view.
- the high rack stacker has a drive part standing on the road 1 on which an extendable mast 2 is attached.
- a driver's cab 3 is arranged on which a Carrier 4 of the swivel push fork is attached.
- a Push slide 5 of the swivel push fork is attached along the carrier 4 .
- a load suspension device 6 designed as a load fork is on the Push carriage 5 rotatably mounted about a vertical axis 7.
- the Arrangement according to the invention should be the largest possible overflow of the Slide carriage 5 can be reached. This means that the lateral contour of the Push carriage 5 as far as possible beyond the lateral boundary 4 of the carrier should be moved.
- Starting from the position shown in Fig. 1 is a Overrun reached when the push carriage 5 is shifted further in the direction of arrow 8 becomes.
- FIG 2 shows the arrangement of the carrier 4 and the slide 5 in a section in the longitudinal direction of the industrial truck.
- the carrier 4 has an upper Guide area 10 and a lower guide area 11, each Roller units of the slide 5 are assigned.
- a middle roller unit each consisting of two rollers 12, 13 and 14, 15 consist.
- Each of these roles 12, 13, 14, 15 of the middle role units is one Guide rail 16, 17, 18, 19 assigned to the carrier 4.
- the guide rails 16 and 19 extend here only over the end region of the carrier 4, since the Rolls 12 and 15 are only needed during the transfer.
- the role units of the Rollers 20, 22 belonging to other rolls are in the present view hidden by the rollers 13 and 14 and are together with guided on the continuous guide rails 17, 18.
- the vertical forces acting on the slide 5 are at least one further roller 30, which rolls on a continuous guide rail 38, on the Supported 4.
- Those for moving the sliding carriage 5 along the carrier 4 required force is generated by means of a hydraulic motor 31 which is a shaft 32 drives with two gears 33, 34, which are arranged in two on the carrier 4 Engage racks 35, 36.
- the connection of the carrier 4 with a load-bearing Component of the driver's cab 3 takes place by means of a suspension device 37 of the carrier 4.
- Figure 3 shows a top view of the arrangement of the roller units of the upper one Guide area in the non-overturned position of the slide 5.
- this Position is the push slide 5 on the carrier 4 by means of the two outer ones Roller units guided, the rollers 16 and 40 on the guide rail 24 and unroll the rollers 21 and 41 on the guide rail 17.
- About the middle one No roller forces are transmitted in this position of the slide 5. Due to their greater load, those in the illustration on the left are Guide rails arranged rollers 12, 20, 40 with a larger diameter executed as the rollers 13, 21, 41 to the right of the guide rails.
- FIG. 4 shows the view according to FIG. 3 with the slide 5 pushed over shown.
- the thrust U in this version is approx. 60 mm.
