Claims (14)
- Falzapparat für Rotationsdruckmaschinen mit einem exemplarführenden Zylinder, der um seine Achse rotiert und das einlaufende Material aufnimmt, und mit einem Schneidzylinder auf dessen Umfang Schneideinrichtungen aufgenommen sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zyklisch aktivierbare Exemplarhaltevorrichtungen (22) mindestens einem der Zylinder (8, 16) zugeordnet sind, welche entgegengesetzt zum Rotationsrichtung des exemplarführenden Zylinders (8) bewegbar sind und die Vorderkante (36) eines jeweils nächsten Exemplars (35) nach dem Schneidvorgang ergreifen. - Falzapparat gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Exemplarhalteeinrichtungen (22, 10) auf dem exemplarführenden Zylinder (8) angeordnet sind. - Falzapparat gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Exemplarhalteeinrichtungen (22) als Gegenhalter (27) am Schneid-Zylinder (16) aufgenommen sind. - Falzapparat gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Exemplarhalteeinrichtungen (22) zyklisch betätigbar eine aus dem jeweiligen Zylinder (8, 16) ausgefahrene bzw. in den jeweiligen Zylinder (8, 16) eingefahrene Position einnehmen. - Falzapparat gemäß der Ansprüche 2 und 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Exemplarhalteeinrichtungen (22) durch eine Kurvensteuerung (26, 30, 31, 33) betätigbar sind. - Falzapparat gemäß der Ansprüche 2 und 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Exemplarhalteeinrichtungen (22) federbeaufschlagt betätigbar sind. - Falzapparat gemäß der Ansprüche 2 und 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Exemplarhalteeinrichtungen (22) die Vorderkante (36) des jeweiligen nächsten Exemplars (35) durch eine überlagerte Bewegung eines Hebelsystems (24, 28) erfassen. - Falzapparat gemäß Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Exemplarhalteeinrichtungen (22) zunächst aus der Umfangsfläche (19) der Zylinder (8, 16) auftauchen, bevor sie entgegengesetzt zur Rotationsrichtung des exemplarführenden Zylinders (8) bewegen. - Falzapparat gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß sich der Übernahmebereich der Exemplare (35) über 10 ° bis 15 ° einer Zylinderumdrehung des exemplarführenden Zylinders (8) erstreckt. - Falzapparat gemäß Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Exemplarhalteeinrichtungen (22) als Gegenhalter (27) an einem Schneidzylinder (16) vorgesehen sind. - Falzapparat gemäß Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Gegenhalter (27) kurvengesteuert ist. - Falzapparat gemäß Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Gegenhalter (27) federbeaufschlagt betätigbar ist. - Rotationsdruckmaschine mit einem Falzapparat, der einen exemplarführenden Zylinder für flaches Material umfaßt, der sich um seine Rotationsachse bewegt und dessen Mantelfläche ein einlaufendes Material unterstützt sowie mit einem Schneidzylinder mit Schneideinrichtungen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zyklisch aktivierbare Exemplarhalteeinrichtungen (22) mindestens einem der Zylinder (8, 16, 11) zugeordnet sind, welche entgegengesetzt zur Rotationsrichtung des exemplarführenden Zylinders (8)bewegbar sind, und die Vorderkante (36) eines jeweils nächsten Exemplars (35) nach dem Schneidvorgang ergreifen. - Verfahren zum Schneiden bahnförmigen Materials in einem punkturlosen Falzapparat mit nachfolgenden Verfahrensschritten:Unterstützung eines in den Falzapparat einlaufenden Materials (3) auf einem um seine Achse rotierenden exemplarführenden Zylinder (8), dem Zusammenarbeiten eines Schneidzylinders (16), an dem Schneideinrichtungen aufgenommen sind, mit einem exemplarführenden Zylinder (8), und dem zyklischen Aktivieren von Exemplarhalteeinrichtungen (22), die mindestens einem der Zylinder (8, 16) zugeordnet sind und die entgegengesetzt zur Rotationsrichtung des exemplarführenden Zylinders (8) bewegbar, die Vorderkante (36) des jeweils nächsten Exemplars (35) nach dem Schneidvorgang erfassen.
