Claims (9)
- Wickelmaschine zum Aufwickeln der einzelnen Bahnstreifen einer längsgeschnittenen Warenbahn (1) miteiner Längsschneideeinrichtung zum Unterteilen der Warenbahn (1) in Bahnstreifen, undeinem Element zum Aufteilen der Bahnstreifen auf zwei getrennte Förderstrecken, (3, 4) die jeweils zu einer Aufwickelgruppe führen, in denen die Bahnstreifen zu Wickelrollen (5, 6) aufgewickelt werden, wobei die Bahnstreifen in den beiden Förderstrecken (3,4) so geführt werden, daß die Wickelrollen (5,6) in den beiden Aufwickelgruppen gleichsinnig rotieren,alle vier Führungswalzen (8, 8', 9, 9') eine gemeinsame Tangente (T) besitzen,daß die Bahnstreifen den ersten Führungswalzen (8, 8') der beiden Förderstrecken (3, 4) im wesentlichen symmetrisch zu dem durch die Mitte zwischen den beiden ersten Führungswalzen (8, 8') verlaufenden Lot (O) auf die gemeinsame Tangente (T) zugeführt werden, undsich die beiden zweiten Führungswalzen (9, 9') auf verschiedenen Seiten der gemeinsamen Tangente (T) befinden.
- Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Abstände (a, a') der jeweils ersten Führungswalze (8, 8') vom Lot (O) auf die gemeinsame Tangente (T) der beiden Förderstrecken (3, 4) sich um weniger als 20 % des kleinsten Abstands (a, a') unterscheiden, vorzugsweise im wesentlichen gleich sind, und daß in Bahnlaufrichtung vor den ersten Führungswalzen (8, 8') eine Separierwalze (7) als Element zum Aufteilen der Bahnstreifen auf die zwei getrennten Förderstrecken (3, 4) angeordnet ist, an die das Lot (O) eine Tangente ist.
- Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden ersten Führungswalzen (8, 8') unmittelbar nebeneinander angeordnet sind und zugleich als Element zum Aufteilen der Bahnstreifen auf die zwei getrennten Förderstrecken (3, 4) dienen.
- Wickelmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstände (L1, L1') der jeweils zweiten Führungswalze (9, 9') vom Lot (O) der beiden Förderstrecken (3, 4) sich um weniger als 20 % des kleinsten Abstands (L1, L1') unterscheiden, vorzugsweise im wesentlichen gleich sind.
- Wickelmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in jeder Förderstrecke (3, 4) im Anschluß an die zweite Führungswalze (9, 9') eine dritte Führungswalze (10, 10'), vorzugsweise eine gegen die Wickelrollen (5, 6) andrückbare Kontaktwalze, folgt, wobei die beiden dritten Führungswalzen (10, 10') so angeordnet sind, daß die Längen (L2, L2') der beiden Förderstrecken zwischen der zweiten (9, 9') und dritten Führungswalze (10, 10') sich um weniger als 20 % der kleinsten Länge (L2, L2') unterscheiden, vorzugsweise im wesentlichen gleich sind.
- Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Förderstrecken zwischen der zweiten (9, 9') und dritten Führungswalze (10, 10') parallel zueinander verlaufen.
- Wickelmaschine nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden dritten Führungswalzen (10, 10') so angeordnet sind, daß die Gerade durch ihre Mittelpunkte horizontal verläuft.
- Wickelmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest die beiden zweiten Führungswalzen (9, 9') jeder Förderstrecke (3, 4) angetrieben sind.
- Wickelmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einander entsprechenden Führungswalzen (8, 8' bzw. 9, 9' bzw. 10, 10') der beiden Förderstrecken (3, 4) den gleichen Durchmesser aufweisen.
