Claims (10)
- Rollenschneidvorrichtung für eine Materialbahn (3) mit einer Schneidstation (2) zum Schneiden der Materialbahn in Teilbahnen und einer Wickelstation zum Aufwikkeln der Teilbahnen (4, 5) zu Teilbahnrollen (6, 7), wobei die Wickelstation mindestens zwei Wickelpositionsgruppen (14, 15) mit Abstand zueinander aufweisenden und auf Lücke angeordneten Wickeleinheiten aufweist, und mit einer Leiteinrichtung (16-35) für die Teilbahnen zwischen der Schneidstation und den Wickelpositionsgruppen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leiteinrichtung (16-35) quer zur Laufrichtung der Teilbahnen (4, 5) in mehrere Zonen unterteilt ist, die jeweils einzeln aktivierbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leiteinrichtung für jede Wickelpositionsgruppe (14, 15) einen Pfad aufweist und zumindest über die Breite der Materialbahn (3) die Zonen des einen Pfades jeweils komplementär zu den Zonen des anderen Pfades aktivierbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leiteinrichtung eine pneumatisch arbeitende Weiche (16, 17) im Anschluß an die Schneidstation (2) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Weiche (16, 17) zwei Blasrohre mit entgegengesetzt gerichteten Düsen aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Leiteinrichtung Luftleitbleche (18-27) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest Teile der Luftleitbleche (20, 21) verschwenkbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite der Zonen geringer als die Breite der schmalsten Teilbahnrolle (4, 5) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zonen 200 bis 300 mm breit sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zonen, in denen eine Kante der Teilbahn (4, 5) verläuft, teilaktivierbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schneidstation (2) Schneideinrichtungen aufweist, deren Position quer zur Laufrichtung der Materialbahn (3) von einer Steuereinrichtung veränderbar ist, wobei die Steuereinrichtung mit der Leiteinrichtung verbunden ist und diese in Abhängigkeit von der Position der Schneideinrichtung steuert.
