Claims (14)
- Verfahren für eine Verbindung zwischen einem Rohrende und einem eine Bohrung zur Aufnahme des Rohrendes aufweisenden Platte oder dergleichen bei Einnehmen einer bestimmten Lagezuordnung von Rohr und Platten gekennzeichtet durch folgende Verfahrensschritte:Fixieren des Rohres mit freikrakendem RohrendeAufsetzen der Platte mit ihrer Bohrung auf das freie RohrendeRadiales Aufweiten mindestens von Abschnitten des Rohrendes bei gleichseitigem Verprägen des Materials von Rohr und Platte bzw. von Rohrendemantelfläche und Innenwand der Plattenbohrungdadurch Herstellung einer vorläufigen form- und reibschlüssigen Verbindung zwischen Rohrende und Platte undZuführung der vorläufig form- und reibschlüssig miteinander verbundenen Teile zu einem endgültigen Verbindungsverfahren (Löten, Schweißen, Kleben)
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aufweiten durch Einfahren einer Aufweiteinrichtung von der freien Seite des Rohrendes her erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor dem Aufweiten des Rohrendes die beiden Teile Rohr und Platte miteinander verspannt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufweitung ohne zusätzliche Temperatureinwirkung erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als nächstem Verfahrensschritt die vorläufig miteinander verbundenen Teile einem endgültigen Verbindungsverfahren zugeführt werden.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß eine Fixiereinrichtung (4) und eine Spanneinrichtung (6) vorhanden sind, zwischen denen das Ende des Rohres (1) und die Platte (3) in einander zugeordneter Lage festhaltbar sind,daß ein in Achsrichtung II des Rohrendes (1) verschiebbarer Werkzeughalter (17) vorhanden ist,daß ein vom Werkzeughalter (17) getragene und in die Rohrmündung einfahrbare Aufweitvorrichtung (12) vorhanden ist unddaß ein Maschinenrahmen vorhanden ist, an dem Fixiereinrichtung (4), Spanneinrichtung (6) und Werkzeughalter (17) gelagert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufweitvorrichtung als Radialverprägewerkzeug (12) ausgebildet ist, mit an einem Arbeitskolben (14) angeordneten Spreizbacken (13), mit einer innerhalb des Arbeitskolbens(14) für die Verprägearbeit zu diesem axial verschiebbar (VI) gelagerten Zugstange (15) und mit einem auf der radialen Innenseite der Spreizbacken (13) angreifenden Arbeitskonus (16) an der Zugstange (15).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Arbeitskonus (16) in Einfahrtrichtung (V) des Werkzeughalters (17) bzw. des radialen Verprägewerkzeugs (12) steigt und daß die Zugstange (15) für die Verprägearbeit entgegen dieser Richtung verschoben wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigung der Zugstange (15) über einen Arbeitszylinderantrieb erfolgt mit der Zugstange (15) als Kolben und einem mit dem Werkzeughalter (17) verbundenen Hohlzylinder (14) als Arbeitszylinder.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fixiereinrichtung (4) eine Haltevorrichtung für das Rohr (1) aufweist und eine Auswerfeinrichtung zur Entnahme der verbundenen Teile (1, 3).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spanneinrichtung (6) in und entgegen der Richtung (III) der feststehenden Fixiereinrichtung (4) geführt verstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spanneinrichtung (6) Führungsabschnitte (7) zur Aufnahme der Platte (3) aufweist, so daß nach Einlegen der Platte (3) in die Führungsabschnitte und Einfahren der Spanneinrichtung (6) in Richtung (III) Fixiereinrichtung (4) die Bohrung (2) in der Platte (3) exakt über das Ende des Rohres (1) schiebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigung der verschiebbaren Einrichtungen,wie Spanneinrichtung (6), Werkzeughalter (17) usw. über hydraulisch oder pneumatisch angetriebene Arbeitszylinder (5, 18, 19, 22) erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wegsteuerung über Endschalter und ein elektrisches Steuergerät erfolgen.
