Description

Claims (10)
- Transporteinrichtung zum transportieren insbesondere von Werkstücken vorzugsweise an einer Presse, Pressenstraße, oder Großteil-Stufenpresse, mit wenigstens einer, an einer ortsfesten Lagerung (23, 24) geführten Hubsäule (21, 22), die mit einem Träger (25) verbunden ist, der seinerseits einen verfahrbaren Ausleger (39) trägt, wobei der Antrieb für den Ausleger (39) mittels einer Zugmittelanordnung (30) erfolgt, die einen einzelnen Antriebsstrang (41) umfaßt, der jeweils endseitig am Ausleger (39) befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antriebsstrang (41) von zwei ortsfest gelagerten, stationären Antriebsmotoren (28, 29) angetrieben wird, wobei die Drehrichtung und die Drehgeschwindigkeit des jeweiligen Antriebsmotors (28, 29) die Hub- und/oder Querbewegung des Auslegers (39) bestimmt.
- Transporteinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine zentrale oder wenigstens zwei symetrisch angeordnete Hubsäulen (21, 22) vorhanden sind, die an ihrem unteren Ende den Querträger (25) mit Führungsmitteln (40) für den Ausleger (39) tragen.
- Transporteinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens zwei Hubsäulen (21, 22) vorhanden sind, die an ihrem oberen Ende über ein Querjoch (26) verbunden sind.
- Transporteinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens zwei Hubsäulen (21, 22)stationär geführt sind, die an ihrem unteren Ende einen Querträger (25) für den Ausleger (39) und an ihrem oberen Ende ein Querjoch (26) aufweisen, und das im Querträger (25) ein Umlenkrollenpaar (31, 32) und im Querjoch (26) ein weiteres Umlenkrollenpaar (33, 34) für den Antriebsstrang (30, 41) vorgesehen sind.
- Transporteinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Hubsäule (21) zentrisch stationär geführt ist, die an ihrem unteren Ende einen Querträger (25) für den Ausleger (39) und an ihrem oberen Ende eine Umlenkrolle (33, 34) für den Antriebsstrang (30, 41) aufweist.
- Transporteinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den Antriebsmotoren (28, 29) im Antriebsblock (27) wenigstens je eine Umlenkrolle (35, 36) zugeordnet ist.
- Transporteinrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Gewichtsausgleichszylinder (52) vorgesehen ist.
- Transporteinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zugmittelanordnung (30) als Riemenantrieb oder als Kettenantrieb ausgebildet ist.
- Transporteinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Montageplatte (20) bzw. der Antriebsblock (27) paarweise oder einzeln seitlich einer oder zwischen zwei Bearbeitungsstufen (11 bis 14) einer Presse, Pressenstraße, oder Großteil-Stufenpresse angeordnet ist.
- Transporteinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der verfahrbare Ausleger (39) als teleskopierbarer Mehrfachausleger bzw. Teleskoparm (55) ausgebildet ist.
