Abstract
Description
Derartige Drehbewegungen der Fahrbetriebsmittel, durch welche die Klemmeinrichtungen in ihre Offenstellung verstellt werden können, können bei starken Querschwingungen der Fahrbetriebsmittel auch dann auftreten, wenn diese mit Tragstützen oder mit anderen Fahrbetriebsmitteln kollidieren.
In den Fig. 7, 7a, 7b und 7c ist eine erste Drehlage der Klemmbacken 15 und 25 gegenüber dem Seil 5 dargestellt. Dabei liegt das Seil 5 nur in einem Bereich 26a an die Klemmfläche 26 an die verstellbare Klemmbacke 25 an und liegt das Seil 5 am anderen Ende der Klemmeinrichtung nur in einem Bereich 16a an die Klemmfläche 16 der festen Klemmbacke 15 an, wobei sich die daneben befindliche Anschlagefläche 28 sehr nahe dem Seil 5 befindet.
In den Fig. 9, 9a, 9b und 9c ist weiters dargestellt, daß bei einer weiteren Verdrehung des Klemmkörpers 1 diese Verdrehung auf das Förder- bzw. Zugseil 5 übertragen wird.
Anhand der Fig. 10, 10a, 10b und 10c ist eine alternative Ausführungsform einer erfindungsgemäßen Kupplungsvorrichtung dargestellt. Dabei ist die am Klemmkörper starr befestigte Klemmbacke 15a, welche gabelartig ausgebildet ist, an der in Bezug auf das Förder- bzw. Tragseil 5 gegenüber liegenden Seite mit zwei Fortsätzen 17 ausgebildet, deren Innenflächen als Anschlagflächen 18 für das Seil 5 wirken. Demgegenüber befindet sich die verstellbare zweite Klemmbacke 25a zwischen den beiden Fortsätzen 17 der starr befestigten Klemmbacke 15a. Dabei ist die starr befestigte Klemmbacke 15a in der gleichen Weise ausgebildet, wie dies anhand der Fig. 3 hinsichtlich der verstellbaren Klemmbacke erläutert worden ist.

Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zum Ankuppeln eines Fahrbetriebsmittels, z.B. einer Kabine oder eines Sessels, an das Förder- bzw. Zugseil einer Seilbahnanlage, bestehend aus einem mit Laufrollen versehenen Klemmkörper, welcher mit einer am Klemmkörper starr befestigten ersten Klemmbacke und mit einer gegenüber der ersten Klemmbacke verstellbaren zweiten Klemmbacke ausgebildet ist, wobei sich die zweite Klemmbacke an einem Klemmhebel befindet, an welchem zudem ein mit Steuerschienen zusammenwirkendes Steuerelement, insbesondere eine Steuerrolle, vorgesehen ist, durch welches der Klemmhebel entgegen der Wirkung mindestens eines Federspeichers, z.B. einer Torsionsfeder, gegenüber dem Klemmkörper verstellbar ist, worauf der Klemmhebel mittels des Federspeichers in einer von zwei Übertotpunktlagen gehalten wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine der beiden Klemmbacken (15, 25) mit mindestens einer den Klemmflächen (16, 26) in Bezug auf das Seil (5) gegenüber liegenden Anschlagfläche (28) ausgebildet ist, an welche das Seil (5) bei einer Verdrehung des Klemmkörpers um eine quer zum Seil (5) ausgerichtete Achse zum Anliegen kommt (Fig. 4).
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verstellbare Klemmbacke (25) mit einer der Klemmfläche (26) in Bezug auf das Seil (5) gegenüber liegenden Anschlagfläche (28) ausgebildet ist (Fig. 3).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verstellbare Klemmbacke (25) in Längsrichtung der Klemmbacken (15, 25) gesehen beiderseits der festen Klemmbacke (15) mit mindestens einem Fortsatz (27) ausgebildet ist, durch welchen jeweils eine Anschlagfläche (28) für das Seil (5) gebildet ist (Fig. 4).
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die starr befestigte Klemmbacke (15a) mit einer der Klemmfläche in Bezug auf das Seil (5) gegenüber liegenden Anschlagfläche (18) ausgebildet ist (Fig. 10).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß daß die starr befestigte Klemmbacke (15a) in Längsrichtung der Klemmbacken (15a, 25a) gesehen beiderseits der verstellbaren Klemmbacke (25a) mit mindestens einem Fortsatz (17) augebildet ist, durch welchen jeweils eine Anschlagfläche (18) für das Seil (5) gebildet ist (Fig. 10).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine der Klemmbacken (15, 25; 15a, 25a) mit mindestens einer angenähert halbkreisförmigen Ausnehmung zur Aufnahme des Seiles (5) ausgebildet ist, deren Durchmesser etwas größer ist als der Durchmesser des Seiles (5) und welche sich über mehr als 180° erstreckt, wobei durch die Innenflächen dieser Ausnehmung die Klemmfläche (26) und die mindestens eine Anschlagfläche (28; 18) gebildet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach der Patentanspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Ausnehmung über einen Winkel von etwa 200° erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 6 und 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die lichte Weite der Ausnehmung etwa 20% größer als der Durchmesser des Seiles (5) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Summe der Anschlagflächen (28) einer der Klemmbacken (25) und der Klemmßläche (16) der anderen Klemmbacke (15) der Länge der Klemmfläche (26) der einen Klemmbacke (25) gleich ist (Fig. 6).
