Claims (3)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Außenhülsen für homokinetische Gelenke durch spanloses Umformen eines Vorwerkstükkes (3), das einen einseitig offenen Hohlraum zur Erstellung von axialen Kugellaufbahnen und Käfigführungsflächen aufweist, wobei das Vorwerkstück (3) in einem Außenwerkzeug (2) aufgenommen wird und durch ein Innenwerkzeug (1) unter Druckanwendung die Innenwandbereiche zu Kugellaufbahnen (6) und Käfigführungsflächen (7) verformt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Innenwerkzeug (1) als einteiliger, segmentweise, unterschiedlich konvex geführter Taumelpreßstempel (1) ausgebildet ist, der zunächst zentrisch in den Hohlraum des Vorwerkstückes (3) eingebracht wird und darauf folgend unter mehrmaligen Taumelbewegungen mit einem entsprechenden Taumelwinkel (α) die gewünschte Endform der Kugellaufbahnen (6) und Käfigführungsflächen (7) erzeugt.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Taumelpreßbewegung eine axiale Eintauchbewegung überlagert wird.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sowohl hinterschnittfreie als auch hinterschnittene Kugellaufbahnen (6) hergestellt werden können.
