Abstract

L'invention concerne un implant dentaire présentant une section de contact avec une partie osseuse (20), ménagée pour l'insertion dans une alvéole (16) d'un maxillaire, et une section de constitution (24) ménagée pour la fixation d'une couronne (26) ou analogue, caractérisé en ce que la section de contact avec une partie osseuse (20) présente une section d'extension apicale (18) qui est ménagée pour l'insertion dans une cavité produite artificiellement, dans le maxillaire, et s'enfonçant par sa base dans l'alvéole (16).
