- This first region 49 is strictly reserved for these areas 60 to 68 main orders with associated graphics 50 to 58, permanently displayed. These main control zones 60 to 68 are permanently receptive to receiving an order from the operator. This is particularly advantageous when the means 39 control different tasks in parallel, because the operator can access control a task by simply activating the main command area associated with it.
- the touch screen 47 further comprises on its right, seen in FIG. 4, a second region 80 distinct from the first region 49, in which, depending on the activated task, graphs are displayed 81, 82, 83, and 84, represented in this figure only by frames. These graphs 81 to 84 delimit command zones secondary respectively carrying the reference numbers 91 to 94. These secondary control areas allow different operator operations relating to the specific task activated.
- the means of piloting further comprise signaling means 70, on the screen touch 47, from a main or secondary command zone activated by a operator.
- the means of signaling 70 cause, following the activation of a control zone, for example the activation of zone 60, the display on the touch screen 47 by example of a frame 72 in color surrounding the main control area activated 60.
- the operator is always informed of the active task displayed on the screen.
- the touch screen 47 includes at the top a third region 100, distinct from the first 49 and second 80 regions, which is reserved for displaying information relating to a main area of operator-activated command.
- region 104 which is surrounded by regions 100, 80 and 49, is primarily intended for displaying information relating to the control of a task controlled by the means 39 when a main command area associated with this task has been activated by the operator.
- graph 50 shows a bell below which is marked "alarm”, and delimits the area main command 60 relating to a management and display task alarms controlled by the means 39 as described above.
- Activation of zone 60 by an operator causes the display in zone 104 of the touch screen 47 of the alarms raised, like this is shown in Figure 5.
- graphs 81 to 84 delimiting zones 91 to 94 of secondary commands relating to the management and display of alarms are displayed on the screen. For example activating the zone secondary 92 delimited by graph 82 allows the display of a alarm history.
- Graph 51 in Figure 4 shows displays with numbers below which is marked "pressure”. This graph 51 delimits the main command zone 61 associated with the activation of a task relating to the reading of the pressure and weight values measured by the sensors 31 and scales 33, and the display of these values on the touch screen 47 as shown in Figure 6.
- Chart 52 in Figure 4 shows pipelines and bottles connected to these below which is marked “synoptic”.
- This graph 52 delimits the main command area 62 associated with the activation of a task relating to the reading of measured values measured by sensors 31 and scales 33 and displayed on the screen touch of a block diagram of the device, recorded in the means 48 of storage, together with the measured values, like this is shown in Figure 7.
- Graph 53 in Figure 4 shows an installation of supply of gas (a "gas cabinet") with bottles and arrows meaning a replacement of bottles, below which is marked “bottles”.
- This graphic 53 delimits the main command area 63 associated with the activation of two tasks.
- One of these tasks is relating to valve controls for performing purge cycles and leakage checks required before and after each replacement from an empty bottle to a full bottle.
- the other task relates to controls of the valves arranged in the pipes to ensure the switching of a supply to the distribution device 9 by one of the bottles 5 or 7 to feed from the other bottle 7 or 5.
- An example screens displayed during the activation of zone 63 is represented in the figure 8.
- Graph 55 in Figure 4 shows pipelines of a distribution device below which is marked "DD" (for distribution device).
- This graph 55 delimits the main area of command 65 associated with the activation of a task relating to the evaluation of measured values recorded by the sensors 31A of the distribution device 9A arranged in series with the device 9 of the installation 1, and on the screen display touch of a block diagram of device 9A, recorded in means 48 memorization, together with the measured values recorded by the sensors 31A, as shown in Figure 9.
