Description

Technisches GebietTechnical field

The invention relates to a textile fabric for cleaning purposes with a full-surface pile from one Protruding fibers of different fiber fineness, such as in cleaning cloths for the floor cleaning can be used.

Stand der TechnikState of the art

In the case of known mop covers, the pile exists for improvement the cleaning properties often from a mixture different from cotton threads and synthetic fibers. The synthetic fibers usually have one compared to the cotton fibers higher fiber titer and should increase the abrasion performance.

The disadvantage here is that with flat impurities the individual plastic fibers each work for themselves and that the cleaning performance or the desired effect is insufficient is achieved. Increasing the share of Plastic fibers face the restriction of water absorption opposite.

Furthermore, DE-GM 94 02 509 is a cleaning device known which two in a row in the working direction has arranged sections, each on a Carrier material contain attached fibers, which with a protruding free end from the carrier material and from those a section suitable for cleaning fibers and the second section suitable for dry wiping fibers or the like. This is a Teaching to assemble mop covers, i.e. outgoing of known textiles is created by compiling the desired one Effect achieved. The material itself, i.e. the cleaning textile, is not changed. That too DE-GM 94 21 401 relates to the assembly of a cleaning textile, but not the material itself.

A carpet cleaner is known from US-A-5,142,727, which for water and dirt absorption different zones from Proposes dirt solution and dirt pick-up. This is done the dirt pick-up in the same area as the pick-up the cleaning liquid.

A further mop cover is known from WO-A-95 22 277, which has three different functional areas. This Areas are arranged side by side and divided the wiping over the entire surface in these functional areas on.

The object of the invention is therefore without the number of Total fibers increase the overall impact of existing ones to increase individual fibers.

Darstellung der ErfindungPresentation of the invention

The fact that fiber areas with abrasive effect to the dirt solution in fiber areas with a high fiber surface Dirt absorption are embedded, which in turn in zones are embedded with fibers with high water absorption the dirt is loosened and absorbed in a single wipe and dried the surface to be cleaned from the cleaning water. With an appropriate distribution and design specific cleaning effects with certain material zones strengthened and synergies achieved.

In total there are several different fiber areas in the Realized textile fabrics to several different to combine functional properties.

The average fiber fineness of the fiber areas compared the surrounding zones should be at least 2 Differentiate dtex to create a clear separation of functions.

The use of other types of fibers is also advantageous or other fiber mixtures for the fiber areas the surrounding zones. This basically various functions, such as water absorption and Dirt solution through a suitable type of fiber or Adjusted fiber mix.

Are the fiber areas formed as fiber islands, i.e. Areas enclosed on all sides by the surrounding zone, so any distribution is according to the purpose enables. In particular, uneven distributions can be made achieve with particularly active areas.

Also the coherent formation of the fiber areas with each other, for example in the form of a grid, leaves one design of the textile according to the intended use Fabric to.

Both of the aforementioned connections can be carried out in this way that there is an isotropy of action, i.e. yourself the effects affect in all directions.

If a preferred application direction is desired, you can the fiber areas in the form of substantially linear Strips be formed.

Heavily intertwined stripes, for example a wave pattern, where the wave valleys and wave crests of Stripes overlap, which in turn lead to a weakening anisotropy.

In order to achieve a further improved support effect, the minimum area of the individual fiber areas, measured at a millimeter distance above the carrier material, is 4 mm 2 .

It is particularly advantageous if the area of the fiber islands is over 20 mm 2 , since optically perceptible patterns can also be designed here for the functional enhancement.

The advantages of the invention are achieved with a fiber density of at least 500 fiber ends per cm 2 .

Depending on the requirements, the number of fiber ends in the Fiber areas or the surrounding zone different be, also in the fiber areas with each other.

A further training consists in feeding the pile fibers in such a way that they protrude more than 1 mm from the carrier material.

To achieve a variety of effects with a textile It is advantageous to have a limit of differentiation with a fiber fineness value of 1 dtex and / or one Differentiation limit with a fiber fineness value of 3 up to 20 dtex. The fibers with a fiber fineness value less than 1 dtex are called microfibers and overall have a high surface area, so The dirt particles already loosened are taken up. The dirt is loosened by fibers with a fiber fineness value from more than 3 to 20 dtex, due to the Have a high level of abrasion performance. The Water necessary for cleaning is provided by suitable fibers with a fiber fineness value between the aforementioned Fibers added so that the surface dries takes place. Thus, a cloth with two or three functions be assembled.

The textile fabric according to the invention can be such be further developed that fiber areas with abrasion Dirt solution and fiber areas with a high fiber surface for dirt absorption in zones with fibers with high water absorption are embedded. In a wiping process, the Dirt loosened, picked up and the surface to be cleaned dried from cleaning water. With an adequate distribution and design can therefore have specific cleaning effects reinforced with certain material zones and synergies be achieved.

A further training consists in feeding the pile fibers in such a way that they protrude more than 1 mm from the carrier material.

A further training consists in knitted backing material to use from which the pile protrudes. In the carrier the pile fibers can, for example, be based on the Wildman technique be fed.

To produce the fiber islands, it is sufficient if in Ratio on 1 to 5 island meshes on 10 or more carrier meshes come. The carrier mesh can with the fibers embedded in it form the surrounding zone.

Ausführung der ErfindungImplementation of the invention

In Fig. 1 a section of a cleaning cloth is shown, in which in a base material made of cotton fibers 1 strips 6, 7 Synthetic fibers for cleaning purposes and microfibers for Dirt pickup are arranged. They flank out Microfibers existing strip 7 for dirt absorption strips 6 of synthetic fibers for dirt removal on both sides. With the cotton fibers 1, the cleaning water recorded and brought about drying. Of course the strips 6, 7 can be interrupted, whereby then islands of fiber form.

This cleaning cloth is effective in the direction of movement dependent. A movement towards the stripes 6, 7 only leads to a cleaning of the dirty surface in the width of the strips 6, 7 lying between them Gap 8 is not cleaned. In one direction however, perpendicular to the stripes achieves a cleaning effect across the entire width of the cloth.

The structure of the fabric is illustrated in FIG. 2. In a base material made of cotton fibers 1 with a fiber fineness value from 1 to 4 dtex are microfibers 9 with an area fineness value less than 1 dtex embedded in which in turn are synthetic fibers 10 with a fiber fineness value from greater than 3 to 20 dtex are incorporated. Here are in The individual areas each have several individual fibers arranged in the same way.

The fiber ends 1, 9, 10 forming the pile 11 are from from a carrier 12. Each fiber end can essentially straight, for example 1 to 30 mm long, from the support 12 protrude or be entangled.
