Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a textile cloth, in particular for cleaning purposes.
Conventionally, cotton cloths or cloths consisting of a cotton blended fabric are used as such textile cloths. This is particularly the case when the wipes are to be used several times and are to be regenerated after each use by washing. The cotton fiber as an essential cloth component is chosen because of its high absorbency. Such textile cloths, which are made using cotton, have the disadvantage of fluff formation. In addition, their shelf life is limited. It is assumed that such cloths made using cotton fibers for cleaning purposes assume that they must or can survive about 40 washing processes.
Especially in the clean room area, but also in the food area and in the medical area, the lint-free of such a cloth is of particular importance. However, there are also other areas in which the lint-free cleaning cloth or a cloth used for similar purposes is at least considered advantageous. Where the demand for freedom from lint is made, mainly nonwovens or disposable wipes made from paper are used. The disadvantage of these wipes is that they have to be disposed of completely after only one use. With today's increased environmental awareness, this is no longer accepted. There is a demand for recyclable wipes.
The invention is therefore based on the object of creating a textile cloth with the focus of the intended use as a cleaning cloth, but also as a surgical cover or the like, which is characterized by the following properties: lint-free, good absorption capacity for dirt particles and in particular high absorbency, tear resistance and abrasion resistance and in particular a frequent washability for complete regeneration.

The invention moves within these parameters a) - e). The production of the cloth in particular in a weaving process, but also in a knitting, knitting or rustling process has the advantage of high tear and abrasion resistance compared to the disposable cloths made of nonwoven or paper-based mentioned at the beginning.
The idea of the invention can be realized by a knitted or knitted fabric in which a thread system corresponding to the spun fiber yarn explained below is in the core, while a thread system corresponding to the microfiber explained below is positioned on both sides of the cloth surface. A knitted fabric or knitted fabric with such a structure is referred to as a "sandwich structure". It can be done on small or large circular knitting machines with cladding. However, such a material can be produced even more easily by knitting (rustling). With the help of laying rails, even more than two thread systems can be processed at the same time.
The object of the invention is described in detail in the claims. The drawing contains the fabric image of a preferred embodiment, the technical properties of which are listed in tabular form in the supplementary sheet.
Nachstehend wird der Gewebeaufbau im einzelnen beschrieben:
- a) Kettgran:
- a) Warpgran :
A PE or PP spun fiber yarn is used as the warp yarn. It has the advantage of a rougher surface, against which the weft threads of the fabric cannot move so easily. This is an essential factor for the dimensional stability of the cloth. The spun yarn should be as fine as possible. It is particularly useful to use warp threads that are twisted from multiple spun yarns. The twisting increases the abrasion resistance, the tear resistance and the dimensional stability and also significantly improves the absorbency. In one embodiment, a spun yarn has proven to be cheap, which is twisted or twisted from 2 yarn threads of 80 m / g each (= 125 dtex). This means that 80 meters of thread weigh 1 g (or that there is a thread weight of 125 g per 10000 m). If the warp yarn is produced from such a twisted double spun fiber yarn, then a length weight of 40 m / g is present. This has proven to be particularly advantageous. It would be even more advantageous to use finer spun yarns that are twisted more than 2 times to form a warp yarn. That would increase the strength, but above all the absorbency. - b) weft :
A particularly textured PE or PP filament yarn is used as the weft yarn. The individual filaments are twisted into weft. The more single filaments used in a weft thread, the higher the absorbency. Approximately 200 filaments of the yarn are considered as the lower limit. The use of a yarn with 100 dtex × 3 has proven to be particularly advantageous. These are three filament yarns twisted into the weft yarn, each of which contains 144 filaments. However, this is only an advantageous exemplary embodiment, which depends on the supply options available on the market. This exemplary weft yarn has 144 × 3 = 432 individual capillaries and is accordingly characterized by its high liquid absorption capacity. - c) warp density :
A distinction must be made here between the warp density in the raw state and the warp density in the washed state. The warp density in the raw state is approx. 18 threads / cm (100%). In the washed state there is a warp density of 26 threads / cm (= 144%). This after the very hot washing at preferably about 95 ° C significantly increased warp density favors especially the ability to absorb moisture. As a result, the warp threads move closer together and the weft threads are pressed more outwards against the cloth surface on both sides, which in particular improves the absorption capacity not only for moisture or liquids but also for dirt particles or the like. This shrinking effect, namely the closer moving together of the warp threads after the first washing process, also favors a gloss effect (polish!) Caused by the PE or PP material of the weft threads on certain materials.
The shrinking effect that occurs in the weft direction as a result of the washing process has the further advantage or the effect of a high elasticity of the cloth in the weft direction. - d) Shot density :
The weft density in the raw state is about 39 threads / cm. As a result of washing, it only increases to around 41 threads / cm. The shrinking process in the warp direction is therefore relatively low.
If a very specific size range is specified above for parameters c) and d), this means only a particularly advantageous exemplary embodiment. Considerable variation ranges are possible here on both sides, namely in the raw state with a warp density of approximately between 12-24 threads / cm and with a weft density of 30-48 threads / cm. The warp and weft density have a significant influence on the dimensional stability and the strength of the fabric, which increase with increasing density. Moisture absorption is largely determined by the weft threads. A higher weft density therefore means an increased ability to absorb moisture. - e) weave :
The weave can be generally referred to as "offset ribs". In the final fabric, about 70% of the fabric threads are in a grosgrain weave and about 30%, but at least 10% are in plain weave. The approximately 70% grosgrain weave is divided between half of the length of the grosgrain weave and one of the grosgrain weave. Where there is no plain weave, there is a grosgrain weave.
A cloth manufactured according to the above parameters can withstand approximately 200 washing cycles without any problems.
The cloth manufactured according to the above parameters is also characterized by good electrostatic behavior. The electrostatic charge is comparatively low.
Insofar as this textile cloth is not manufactured as a woven fabric, but rather as knitted, knitted or knitted fabric, the basic prerequisites for the manufacture of the cloth, such as raw materials, fineness of yarn, yarn properties, density, weave, size, seam, color, are comparable to the woven fabric.
Die technologischen Eigenschaften wie Wasseraufnahme, Ölaufnahme, Scheuerfestigkeit, Reißfestigkeit sind bei Strick-, Wirk- oder Raschelware ebenfalls gleich dem Gewebe. The technological properties such as water absorption, oil absorption, abrasion resistance, tear resistance are also the same as the fabric for knitted, knitted or knitted fabrics.
The special features mentioned in the description can apply equally to woven goods, knitted goods, knitted goods and knitted goods.
The high suction power of the textile cloth according to the invention is based primarily on the capillary action of the weft yarn, which is fully developed due to the construction. The very hot washing at a temperature far above the normal washing temperature of over 90 ° C., in particular 95 ° C., causes the cloth to shrink in the direction of the weft threads during this first wash, which takes place before delivery. The weft threads lay around the warp threads and puff up. The surface of the cloth is formed exclusively by the continuous filaments used as weft threads or weft components, which are lint-free. They do not contain any fiber ends that can break off. By bulging the weft threads, the volume of the textile cloth is greatly increased. The distances between the individual filaments are increased. Liquids are released when there is contact in the spaces between the filaments attached. The liquid spreads over the filament surface so that the amount absorbed is approximately the same everywhere.
The high capillary effect leads to further positive cloth properties, namely a soft, voluminous handle. Cleaning and polishing agents are saved in use because they are not absorbed into the interior of the fibers. The agents adhere to the fiber surface and can thus quickly reach the surface to be polished. Ingested impurities adhere to the fibers and do not get back onto the object to be cleaned. All of this is promoted by the shrinkage effect described above under "c) warp density" as a result of a first hot washing process.
The textile cloth has very high strength and is much longer lasting than cotton qualities. The use of high-quality micro-fibers ensures gentle cleaning of the most sensitive surfaces without scratches. The cloth is particularly suitable for use in the electronics industry because it has a low electrostatic charge. With the subject matter of the invention, for the first time industries can be supplied with reusable wipes in which this was previously not possible, e.g. those of microelectronics, electronics and optics.
