Claims (8)

  1. Couvercle (7) de carter (4) d'huile lubrifiante d'un moteur à combustion interne (1) ayant une pompe associée de circulation d'huile lubrifiante à laquelle est raccordée une tubulure d'admission (5) qui s'étend dans le carter (4), le couvercle (7) ayant, dans sa région centrale, un élément tubulaire (8) destiné à loger la tubulure d'admission (5) et qui, à son extrémité inférieure (8a), possède un filtre (10), le couvercle (7) ayant plusieurs trous (12) destinés à permettre la descente de l'huile lubrifiante depuis la région qui se trouve au-dessus du couvercle (7) vers le carter (4) placé au-dessous pendant l'utilisation, le couvercle étant caractérisé en ce que l'organe tubulaire (8) a une longueur telle que, dans les conditions d'utilisation, il s'étend dans le carter (4) au-delà de l'extrémité de la tubulure d'admission (5), et en ce que les obturateurs respectifs (13) sont associés aux trous (12) et sont disposés afin qu'ils prennent une position de repos dans laquelle ils laissent dégager les trous associés (12) et à partir de laquelle ils peuvent être rappelés dynamiquement vers une position de travail dans laquelle ils ferment les trous (12) à la suite des déplacements de l'huile qui revient du carter (4) vers le couvercle (7), les obturateurs (13) étant articulés comme des culbuteurs sur la face du couvercle (7) qui est destinée à être tournée vers le carter d'huile (4) et étant formés et raccordés au couvercle (7) de manière qu'ils puissent être mis en position de repos sous l'action de la pesanteur.
  2. Couvercle selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité inférieure (8a) de l'élément tubulaire (8) est évasée en cloche et un organe annulaire (9) destiné à retenir le filtre (10) est enclenché élastiquement par-dessus.
  3. Couvercle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément tubulaire (8) est formé solidairement avec le couvercle.
  4. Couvercle selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est formé d'une matière plastique moulée.
  5. Couvercle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les obturateurs (13) sont formés d'une matière plastique moulée.
  6. Moteur à combustion interne (1) notamment destiné à des véhicules à moteur, comprenant un couvercle (7) selon une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes.
  7. Moteur selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'une bague d'étanchéité (11) est placée entre une partie de la tubulure d'admission (5) du carter d'huile et l'élément tubulaire (8) du couvercle (7).
  8. Moteur selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la bague d'étanchéité (11) est disposée dans un siège formé à la surface externe de la tubulure d'admission (5).
