Claims (9)
- Werkzeug für die schleifende Bearbeitung von Oberflächen mit einem um eine Werkzeugdrehachse (3) drehbaren tellerartigen Tragkörper (2) mit daran angebrachten Schleifmitteln in Form von im Tragkörper (2) angebrachten und von diesem abragenden Borstenbündeln (4), welche in Bezug auf die Werkzeugdrehachse (3) schräg in einem spitzen Winkel (α) ausgerichtet angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere derartige Borstenbündel (4) sowohl in radialer wie auch in tangentialer Richtung in Bezug auf die Werkzeugdrehachse (3) voneinander beabstandet angeordnet sind, wobei die Borsten (4') jeweils eines Borstenbündels im wesentlichen parallel zueinander und in tangentialer Richtung in Bezug auf die Werkzeugdrehachse (3) im spitzen Winkel (α) ausgerichtet sind.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Winkel (α) zwischen 5° und 45°, vorzugsweise zwischen 25° und 35° beträgt.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Borstenbündel (4) in einer mit dem Tragkörper (2) verbundenen gemeinsamen Halteschicht (5) eingebettet sind.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteschicht (5) eine Giessharzschicht ist.
- Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einzelnen Borsten (4') eine gewellte, vorzugsweise gestreckte wendelförmige Gestalt aufweisen.
- Verfahren für die schleifende Bearbeitung der Schnittkanten von Ausnehmungen resp. Ausschnitten von Oberflächen mit einem Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betriebsdrehrichtung (L) der Werkzeugachse (3) derart eingestellt wird, dass die Borsten (4') der Borstenbündel (4) bezüglich der Werkzeugdrehachse (3) unter dem Winkel (α) tangential in der Betriebsdrehrichtung (L) ausgerichtet auf die Oberfläche einwirken.
- Verwendung eines Werkzeuges nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5 resp, des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 6 zur Bearbeitung der Schnittkanten von Ausnehmungen resp. Ausschnitten von Oberflächen von Werkstücken.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Werkzeuges (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Borsten (4') mittels einer Haltevorrichtung in der gewünschten Ausrichtung gehalten und gegen den Tragkörper (2) ausgerichtet werden und danach ein Giessharz auf den Tragkörper (2) im Bereich der Borstenenden aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Borsten (4') zuerst alle auf die gewünschte, gleiche Länge zugeschnitten werden und derart in der Haltevorrichtung gehalten werden, dass die nach dem Vergiessen vom Tragkörper (2) abstehenden Borstenenden alle dieselbe Höhe aufweisen.
