Claims (9)
- Preßwerkzeug zum unlösbaren Verbinden eines Fittings und eines in eine Muffe des Fittings eingeführten Metallrohrende durch Kaltverformung, wobei das Preßwerkzeug einen um die Muffe des Fittings legbaren Ring aus gelenkig miteinander verbundenen Kettengliedern aufweist und der Ring von einer Schließstelle zwischen zwei Kettengliedern offen ist und dort Angriffspunkte für eine Schließeinrichtung vorgesehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Schließstelle begrenzenden Kettenglieder (5) mit Aufnahmen für Kopplungsenden einer maschinell antreibbaren Preßbacke (1) ausgerüstet sind und die Muffe des Fittings (7) eine zum Innenraum geöffnete Aufnahmenut für mindestens ein Halteelement aufweist, das mit bei der radialen Kaltverformung in das Material des Metallrohres eingrabbare Vorsprünge oder Schneiden ausgerüstet ist.
- Preßwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kopplungsenden mit den Preßbackenhälften (13) einstückig sind und die Preßbackenhälften um zueinander parallele und zur Längsmittelebene (14) der Preßbacke parallele Achsen (16) schwenkbar sind.
- Preßwerkzeug nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kopplungsenden als zur Längsmittelsebene (14) sich erstreckende, bogenförmig begrenzte Nocken (12) ausgebildet sind, die in Taschen (9) der Endkettenglieder (5) eingreifen, die eine bogenförmige Innenkontur und glatte Seitenflächen.
- Preßwerkzeug nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die bogenförmige Innenkontur in einen Wulstrand (10) übergeht, der bei der Kopplung von einem Nocken (12) hintergriffen wird.
- Preßwerkzeug nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den Kettengliedern (2,3,4,5) Federelemente zugeordnet sind, deren Kräfte in Richtung auf die Schließstellung des Kettenringes wirken.
- Preßwerkzeug nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen benachbarten Kettengliedern Rohrfederelemente (17) angeordnet sind.
- Preßwerkzeug nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kettenglieder (3,5) Aufnahmetaschen für die Rohrfederelemente (17) aufweisen, die sich zum Teil aus diesen Taschen erstrecken.
- Preßwerkzeug nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf dem Kettenring außen ein Blattfedersegment (18) angeordnet ist, das an den Kettengliedern kraftschlüssig anliegt.
- Preßwerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Arretierung der Kettenglieder gegenüber dem Fitting die Kettenglieder an der dem Fitting zugewandten Seite mit Vorsprüngen oder Vertiefungen versehen sind, die mit Teilen des Fittings einen Formschluß eingehen.
