Claims (9)
- Verfahren zum Verbrennen von Feststoffen auf einem wassergekühlten Schubverbrennungsrost, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die durch den wassergekühlten Schubverbrennungsrost in das Brennbett zugeführte Primärluft nach Durchströmen der Rostplatten des Schubverbrennungsrostes auf Leitelemente (10,12,13,14,16) auftrifft, welche über den in der Stirnseite der Rostplatten plazierten Mündungen angeordnet sind, und von jedem solchen Leitelement umgelenkt wird, sodass die umgelenkte Primärluft- im Vergleich mit ihrer Geschwindigkeit in Richtung des aus der Schubrostoberfläche austretenden Primärluftstromes - mit verlangsamter Geschwindigkeit diffus in das Brenngut strömt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Primärluftstrom durch in die Rostplatte (1-4) eingeschweisste Rohre (16) strömt, welche die Rostplattenoberfläche überragen und oben kappenförmig verschlossen sind, sowie seitliche, schräg aufwärts, abwärts oder horizontal verlaufende Schlitze (19) aufweisen, sodass die durch die Schlitze (19) austretende Primärluft diffus in das Brenngut strömt und dort zu einem homogenen Luftdurchsatz mit langsamer Durchsatzgeschwindigkeit beiträgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Primärluftstrom nach dem Austritt aus der Schubrost-Oberfläche auf bügelförmige Leitbleche (10) auftrifft, die über langlochförmige, in Schubrichtung verlaufende Mündungen angeordnet sind und über diesen Mündungen einen Bogen schlagen, und dass der aus jeder Mündung austretende Primärluftstrom am dortigen Leitblech (10) geteilt und umgelenkt wird, wodurch die Primärluft diffus in das Brenngut strömt und dort zu einem homogenen Luftdurchsatz mit langsamer Durchsatzgeschwindigkeit beiträgt.
- Rostplatte für einen wassergekühlten Schubverbrennungsrost zum Verbrennen von FestFeststoffen, bestehend aus einem durchströmbaren Hohlkörper (1-4) mit Anschluss-Stutzen für die Zu- und Abfuhr von Kühlwasser, sowie mit die Rostplatte von unten nach oben durchsetzenden Primärluft-Zufuhrkanälen (9), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass über den an der Stirnseite der Rostplatte plazierten Mündungen der Primärluft-Zufuhrkanäle (9) auf der Rostplatten-Oberfläche Leitelemente (10,12,13,14,16) angeordnet sind, auf welche die aus den Mündungen austretende Primärluft aufzutreffen bestimmt ist.
- Rostplatte nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leitelemente (16) dadurch gebildet sind, dass Rohre (16) mit langlochförmigem Querschnitt (17), die einenends verschlossen sind und dort eine abgerundete Kappe (18) bilden, mit ihrer offenen Seite nach unten gerichtet in entsprechende Langlöcher (17) im oberen und unteren Rostplatten-Blech eingesetzt und dichtend in diese Langlöcher eingeschweisst sind, wobei sie mit ihrem kappenseitigem Ende (18) die Rostplattenoberfläche überragen und auf beiden Seiten des die Rostplatte überragenden Abschnittes unterhalb der Kappen (18) in den ebenen Bereichen Schlitze (19) aufweisen, die im Rohr (16) von innen nach aussen führen und abwärts, aufwärts oder horizontal gerichtet sind.
- Rostplatte nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass über den Mündungen der Primärluft-Zufuhrkanäle (9) Leitelemente in Form von bügelförmigen Leitblechen (10) oder die Mündungen schiefwinklig überragender Flacheisen (12) aufgeschweisst sind, auf welche die aus den Mündungen austretende Primärluft aufzutreffen bestimmt ist.
- Rostplatte nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass längs der Vorderkante der Rostplatte ein sägezahnförmiges Stahlblech (13) aufgeschweisst ist, dessen Sägezähne je eine Mündung der Primärluft-Zufuhrkanäle schiefwinklig überragen, und auf welche die aus den Mündungen austretende Primärluft aufzutreffen bestimmt ist.
- Rostplatte nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass über den kreisrunden Mündungen der Primärluft-Zufuhrkanäle (9) Leitelemente in Form von Mündungs- oder Düsenkappen (14) angebracht sind, welche radiale Bohrungen (15) zur Diffusion der auftreffenden Primärluft aufweisen.
- Treppenförmiger wassergekühlter Schubverbrennungsrost zum Verbrennen von Feststoffen, der aus aufeinanderliegenden Rostplatten (1-4) nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8 besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Roststufe aus ein oder mehreren solcher Rostplatten (1-4) besteht.
