Claims (31)
- Procédé de formation, remplissage et fermeture automatique de sachets d'emballage refermables à base de film (1) en matériau souple, par exemple thermoplastique, muni de profilés (110, 112) rapportés, notamment de profilés de fermeture à glissière male et femelle complémentaire, comprenant les étapes qui consistent à :assurer une alimentation en film souple (1),assurer une alimentation en profilés (110, 112), etfixer par soudure les profilés (110, 112) sur le film (1),l'étape d'alimentation en profilés consiste à fournir une bande (100) en matériau souple portant les profilés complémentaires (110, 112) etque l'étape de fixation consiste à souder la bande (100) sur le film (1), avant introduction de cet ensemble (1, 100) sur un col de formage tubulaire d'une machine de formation remplissage et fermeture automatique de sachets d'emballage.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la bande (100) est pliée en U sur elle-même et que les profilés (110, 112) qu'elle porte sont en prise lors de la fixation de la bande (100) sur le film (1).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend les étapes qui consistent à :souder une aile (102) de la bande (100) munie de profilés de fermeture (110, 112) sur un premier tronçon (1a) du film (1),replier le film (1) sur lui-même, etsouder la seconde aile (104) de la bande (100) sur le second tronçon (1b) du film (1) pour former un Z au niveau de la fermeture avant d'acheminer l'ensemble film (1), bande (100) vers le col de formage d'une machine de formation, remplissage et fermeture automatique de sachets.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que la bande (100) portant les profilés (110, 112) est à l'état plan lors de l'étape de soudure sur le film (1).
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que l'ensemble film (1)/bande (100) est acheminé à plat vers le col de formage, les profilés (110, 112) étant progressivement rapprochés et mis en prise dans le col de formage.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé par le fait que l'ensemble film (1)/bande (100) est déformé en Z pour mettre les profilés (110, 112) en prise, avant transfert vers le col de formage.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que deux ailes (102, 104) de la bande (100) sont soudées respectivement sur deux tronçons (1a, 1b) du film (1) qui sont solidaires entre eux.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que deux ailes (102, 104) de la bande (100) sont soudées respectivement sur deux tronçons (1a, 1b) du film (1) qui sont séparés.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1, 2, 7 ou 8, caractérisé par le fait que le film (1) est formé de deux tronçons (1a, 1b) adjacents parallèles lors de l'étape de fixation de la bande (100).
- Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé par le fait que les deux tronçons (la, 1b) de film sont séparés lors de l'étape de fixation.
- Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé par le fait que les deux tronçons (1a, 1b) sont formés par un pliage en U du film (1) lors de l'étape de fixation.
- Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé par le fait que l'âme en U du film (1) est placée dans la bande ( 100) en U portant les profilés de fermeture.
- Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé par le fait que le film (1) est muni d'une zone de faiblesse, par exemple sous forme de pointillés déchirables dans sa zone placée dans la bande (100).
- Procédé selon la revendication 11, caractérisé par le fait que les extrémités libres du film (1) plié en U sont fixées respectivement sur les extrémités de la bande (100) et que le procédé comprend en outre l'étape consistant à couper longitudinalement le film (1) avant de l'introduire sur le col de formage.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1, 2, 4, 5 et 7 à 14, caractérisé par le fait que la bande (100) portant les profilés de fermeture (110, 112) est pliée au niveau de ses extrémités libres, à 90° d'une âme en U, pour définir une forme générale en T lors de l'étape de fixation sur le film (1).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est mis en oeuvre sur une machine de formation remplissage et fermeture automatique de sachets comprenant :un col de formage (10) qui reçoit en entrée le film (1) à l'état plan et fournit en sortie le film conformé en tube (2),une goulotte de remplissage (20) qui débouche dans ce col de formage (10) et par conséquent dans ledit tube (2),des moyens (30) de soudure longitudinale pour fixer les bords longitudinaux du film entre eux afin de fermer le tube (2) longitudinalement,des moyens (40) aptes à générer séquentiellement une première soudure transversale (42) avant qu'un produit ne soit introduit dans le tube par la goulotte de remplissage (20), puis une seconde soudure transversale (44) quand le produit est introduit dans le tube (2) pour fermer l'emballage autour de ce produit.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 16, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend l'étape additionnel consistant à introduire un intercalaire thermiquement isolant entre les ailes (102, 104) de la bande (100) pliée en U avant de réaliser les opérations de soudure sur le film (1).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 17, caractérisé par le fait que la bande (100) est soudée sur le film (1) au niveau de la surface interne de ses ailes (102, 104).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 17, caractérisé par le fait que la bande (100) est soudée sur le film (1) au niveau de la surface externe de ses ailes (102, 104).
- Machine de formation, remplissage et fermeture automatique de sachets d'emballage refermables à base de film en matériau souple (1), par exemple thermoplastique, muni de profilés rapportés (110, 112), notamment de profilés de fermeture à glissière male et femelle complémentaires, comprenant :des moyens d'alimentation en film souple (1),des moyens d'alimentation en profilés (110, 112), etdes moyens de fixation par soudure des profilés (110, 112) sur le film souple (1),les moyens d'alimentation en profilés (110, 112) sont adaptés pour fournir une bande (100) en matériau souple portant les profilés complémentaires (110, 112), etles moyens de fixation sont adaptés pour souder cette bande (100) sur le film (1), avant introduction de cet ensemble (1, 100) sur un col de formage tubulaire.
- Machine selon la revendication 20, caractérisée par le fait que la bande (100) est pliée en U sur elle-même et que les profilés (110, 112) sont en prise lors de la fixation sur le film (1).
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 20 ou 21, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comprend :des moyens aptes à souder une aile (102) de la bande (100) munie de profilés de fermeture (110, 112) sur un premier tronçon (la) du film (1),des moyens aptes à replier le film (1) sur lui-même,des moyens aptes à douder la seconde aile (104) de la bande (100) sur le second tronçon (1b) du film (1) pour former un Z au niveau de la fermeture avant de diriger l'ensemble film (1), bande (100) vers le col de formage.
- Machine selon la revendication 20, carctérisée par le fait que la bande souple (100) est à l'état plan lors de la soudure sur le film (1).
- Machine selon la revendication 23, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comprend des moyens aptes à acheminer l'ensemble film (1)/ bande (100) à plat vers le col de formage, et des moyens aptes à rapprocher progressivement les profilés (110, 112) et mettre ceux-ci en prise dans le col de formage.
- Machine selon la revendication 23, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comprend des moyens aptes à déformer l'ensemble film (1)/bande (100) en Z pour mettre les profilés (110, 112) en prise, avant transfert vers le col de formage.
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 20 à 25, caractérisée par le fait que deux ailes (102, 104) de la bande (100) sont soudées respectivement sur deux tronçons (la, 1b) du film (1) qui sont solidaires entre eux.
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 20 à 25, caractérisée par le fait que deux ailes (102, 104) de la bande (100) sont soudés respectivement sur deux tronçons (1a, 1b) du film qui sont séparés.
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 20 à 27, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comprend :un col de formage (10) qui reçoit en entrée le film (1) à l'état plan et fournit en sortie le film conformé en tube (2),une goulotte de remplissage (20) qui débouche dans ce col de formage (10) et par conséquent dans ledit tube (2),des moyens (30) de soudure longitudinale pour fixer les bords longitudinaux du film entre eux afin de fermer le tube (2) longitudinalement,des moyens (40) aptes à générer séquentiellement une première soudure transversale (42) avant qu'un produit ne soit introduit dans le tube par la goulotte de remplissage (20), puis une seconde soudure transversale (44) quand le produit est introduit dans le tube (2) pour fermer l'emballage autour de ce produit.
- Machine selon l'une des revendications 20 à 28, caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comprend en outre un intercalaire thermiquement isolant adapté pour être inséré entre les deux ailes de la bande (100) lors des opérations de soudure.
- Machine selon la revendication 20, caractérisée par le fait que les moyens de fixation de la bande (100) sur le film (1) comprennent une lame de soudure (210) et une contre-lame (220) équipée d'une rainure longitudinale (222) pour recevoir l'âme de la bande (100) pliée en T.
- Sachet d'emballage refermable obtenu par la mise en oeuvre du procédé conforme à l'une des revendications 1 à 19.
