Claims (6)
- Betätigungsanordnung für bewegliche Teile an Fahrzeugen, insbesonders für Heckdeckel, Verdeck-Abdeckungen od. dgl., mit einer Anlenkung des zu bewegenden Teils am Fahrzeug mittels zumindest eines Scharniers, einem Antriebsmittel und allenfalls zumindest einer Gasfeder, wobei zumindest ein Scharnier einen Innenhebel aufweist, der im Innenraum des Fahrzeugs endet und mit einem ebenfalls im Innenraum des Fahrzeugs angeordneten Antriebsmittel zur Einleitung eines Drehmoments verbunden ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innenhebel (8) mit dem äußeren Teil des Scharniers (3 - 7, 12) über einen Drehbolzen (15) verbunden ist, welcher Drehbolzen durch die Karosserie des Fahrzeugs hindurchgeführt ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Scharnier als Mehrgelenkscharnier, insbesonders als Viergelenkscharnier (3 - 7, 12), ausgeführt ist, wobei eines der fahrzeugnäheren Scharniergelenke, vorzugsweise das der Fahrzeugmitte nächstliegende Scharniergelenk (7), über den Drehbolzen (15) mit dem Innenhebel (8) verbunden ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Antriebsmittel ein vorzugsweise hydraulischer Arbeitszylinder (9, 10) ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Arbeitszylinder (9, 10) mit einem Ende, vorzugsweise mit der Kolbenstange (9), am Innenhebel (8) des Scharniers (3 - 7, 12) angreift und mit seinem anderen Ende, vorzugsweise dem Boden, an einem fahrzeugnäheren Teil des Scharniers angelenkt ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Drehbolzen (15) und einem weiteren fahrzeugfesten Punkt, vorzugsweise zwischen dem Drehbolzen (15) und dem fahrzeugfesten Anlenkpunkt des Antriebsmittels (9, 10), eine zug- und drucksteife, vorzugsweise auch biegesteife Verbindung (14) vorgesehen ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drehbolzen (15) des Scharniers vom Innenraum des Fahrzeugs in die Regenrinne (2) des Heckdeckels (1) oder der Verdeck-Abdeckung geführt ist und das Antriebsmittel (9, 10) sowie der Innenhebel (8) im Kofferraum bzw. Aufbewahrungsraum des Verdecks angeordnet sind.
