Description
Claims (10)
- Sicherungseinsatz, insbesondere für Niederspannungs-Hochleistungs-Sicherungen, NH-Sicherungen, dessen Arbeitsschmelzleiter (1) durch einen elektrisch hierzu parallel angeordneten Anzeigeschmelzleiter (2) überwacht ist, indem ein Signalelement (3) in einer Anzeigevorrichtung (4) gegen den Zug durch den Anzeigeschmelzleiter (2) mittels eines Federelementes gespannt ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Signalelement (3) in der Anzeigevorrichtung (4) an einem bügelförmigen Federelement (5) gehalten ist, das seinerseits verschwenkbar in der Anzeigevorrichtung (4) gehalten ist und beabstandet zur gedachten Schwenkachse eine Aufnahme (6) für den Anzeigeschmelzleiter (2) bildet. - Sicherungseinsatz nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Signalelement (3) im bügelförmigen Federelement (5) in einer Rastöffnung (7) eingerastet ist. - Sicherungseinsatz nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Rastöffnung (7) senkrecht zur Schwenkachse so weit nach Art eines Langlochs ausgebildet ist, daß das Signalelement (3) beim Aufklappen des Federelementes (5) infolge Durchschmelzens des Anzeigeschmelzleiters (2) sich in der Anzeigevorrichtung abstoßen und auswandern kann, so daß das Aufklappen auch bei beengten Raumverhältnissen nicht behindert ist. - Sicherungseinsatz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Aufnahme (6) für den Anzeigeschmelzleiter (2) im bügelförmigen Federelement (5) als Durchführungsaufnahme ausgebildet ist. - Sicherungseinsatz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Anzeigeschmelzleiter (2) an zumindest einem seiner beiden Enden zur elektrischen Verbindung mit dem Arbeitsschmelzleiter (1) in einer Kontaktfeder (12) verklemmt ist, die den Anzeigeschmelzleiter nach Art einer Kontaktklemme gegen ein Widerlager (13) verklemmt und die andererseits eine Druckfeder (14) bildet, die infolge ihrer Bemessung bzw. oder Anordnung gegen eine Abschlußplatte (15) auffedern kann. - Sicherungseinsatz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die gedachte Verschwenkachse des Federelementes (5) mit dem Signalelement (3) senkrecht zur Längsachse des Körpers (10) des Sicherungseinsatzes angeordnet ist. - Sicherungseinsatz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Anzeigevorrichtung (4) am Körper (10) des Sicherungseinsatzes mittig als Mittenanzeiger angeordnet ist. - Sicherungseinsatz nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das bügelförmige Federelement (5) in der Anzeigevorrichtung (4) eingerastet ist. - Sicherungseinsatz nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das bügelförmige Federelement (5) Auflagebeine bildet, so daß das Federelement standfest das Einrasten des Signalelementes (3) unter Druck ermöglicht. - Sicherungseinsatz nach Anspruch 4 und 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Auflagebeine von der Durchführungsaufnahme des bügelförmigen Federelementes und von zumindest einem abgebogenen Standlappen (11) des bügelförmigen Federelementes gebildet sind.
