Claims (12)
- Verfahren zum Verdrahten von schraubenlosen Steck-Anschlußstellen elektrischer Komponenten mit Hilfe gesteuerter Leitungsverlegemittel, mittels derer ein Leitungsabschnitt mit einem abisoliertem Ende vorgelegt und erfaßt sowie in Richtung seiner Längsachse in eine Kontaktierzone der Anschlußklemme eingesteckt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man den von den Leitungsverlegemitteln erfaßten, zum Einstecken in die Anschlußklemme bereitgehaltenen Leitungsabschnitt vor dem Einstecken aus der zunächst bereitgehaltenen Richtung in eine davon abweichende neue Steckrichtung umbiegt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man den bereitgehaltenen Leitungsabschnitt im wesentlichen rechtwinklig umbiegt, derart, daß zumindest der abisolierte Kontaktbereich des umgebogenen Leitungsabschnitts eine äußere Begrenzung der Leitungsverlegemittel überragt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man den umgebogenen Leitungsabschnitt zumindest bereichsweise in seiner neuen Lage abstützt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Umbiegen des Leitungsabschnitts mittels programmgesteuerter Leitungsumbiegemittel vorgenommen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auch das Abstützen des umgebogenen Leitungsabschnitts mittels der Leitungsumbiegemittel erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung zum Verdrahten von Anschlußstellen von Komponenten elektrischer Geräte, insbesondere zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mit einem Leitungs-Verlegewerkzeug, das eine Leitungszuführung für die einem Vorrat entnommene Leitung sowie ein Manipulationsglied zum Erfassen und Bereithalten eines mit abisoliertem Ende versehenen Leitungsabschnitts für das Einstecken in eine Steck-Anschlußstelle der jeweiligen Komponente umfaßt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Austrittsseite des bereitgehaltenen Leitungsabschnitts (36 bzw. 42) aus dem Manipulationsglied (31) ein verstellbares Biegewerkzeug angeordnet ist, mittels dem der Leitungsabschnitt (36 bzw. 42) aus seiner bereitgehaltenen Erstreckungsrichtung abbiegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das verstellbare Biegewerkzeug ein dicht am Manipulationsglied (31) längsgeführter Stößel (52) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Manipulationsglied (31) Greiferbacken (31a, 31b) zum Erfassen und Bereithalten des Leitungsabschnitts (36 bzw. 42) aufweist und daß der Stößel (52) dicht an den Greiferbacken (31a, 31b) in einer zu deren Öffnungs- und Schließbewegungsebene (51) parallelen Ebene verschieblich geführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stößel (52) zwischen einer hinter die Klemmzone in den Greiferbacken (31a, 31b) zurückgezogenen und einer nach außen über die Greiferbacken (31a, 31b) vorstehenden Position verschieblich geführt ist, in der der Stößel (52) den umgebogenen Leitungsabschnitt (36' bzw. 42') in seiner neuen Position zumindest einseitig abstützt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stößel (52) an seiner den Greiferbacken (31a, 31b) zugekehrten Seite eine zur Aufnahme des mit Isolierumhüllung (17) versehenen Leitungsabschnitts (36' bzw. 42') angepaßte Aufnahmerinne (54) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Leitungsabschnitt (36' bzw. 42') in seiner umgebogenen neuen Position zumindest leicht zwischen dem Stößel (52) und den angrenzenden Greiferbacken (31a, 31b) eingeklemmt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder einem der folgenden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zu jeder Seite des wahlweise nach beiden Seiten Leitung (16) spendenden Manipulationsgliedes (31) ein Biegewerkzeug (52) angeordnet ist und jedem Biegewerkzeug (52) ein eigener Bewegungsantrieb (53) zugeordnet ist.
