Abstract

Dargestellt und beschrieben sind ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur automatischen Verdrahtung von Komponenten elektrischer Geräte, z.B. der Fassungen, Vorschaltgeräte, Klemmen u.dgl. bei Leuchtstofflampen. Es ist ein programmgesteuertes Leitungsverlegemittel (25) vorgesehen, welches einen mit abisoliertem Ende versehenen Leitungsabschnitt (36,42) erfaßt und bereithält, um es in Leitungsrichtung einer schraubenlosen Anschlußklemme des betreffenden Geräts zuzuführen. Um aufwendige Mechanismen oder Steuerungen zu umgehen, ist zur wahlfreien Einrichtung der Leitungs-Einsteckrichtung vorgesehen, daß der bereitgehaltene Leitungsabschnitt vor dem Einstecken in die Anschlußstelle aus seiner zunächst bereitgehaltenen Richtung in die neue Einsteckrichtung umgebogen wird. Vorrichtungsgemäß ist hierzu ein Stößel (52) längsbeweglich vorgesehen, der über die Leitungsaustrittstelle am Leitungsverlegemittel (25) fährt und dabei der Leitung die neue, insbesondere um 90° abgewinkelte Richtung aufprägt.
