Claims (13)
- Brennkraftmaschine, insbesondere Einzylinder-Dieselmotor mit Kraftstoffeinspritzanlage, bei welcher zur automatischen Unterbrechung der Kraftstoffversorgung bei Schmierölmangel eine mechanische Sicherheitseinrichtung vorgesehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Stellglied des Regelkreises eine Unterdruckdose (15) mit Membran (12) zur Druckbeaufschlagung eines Verschlußstößels (10) vorgesehen ist, und daß eine Regelleitung (18) mit einem ölkreislaufseitigen Anschluß (20) und einem kurbelgehäuseseitigen Anschluß (22) zur Erzeugung eines Unterdrucks im Regelglied vorgesehen ist. - Brennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterdruckdose (15) durch eine Membran (12) in eine zur Atmosphäre hin offene Druckkammer (16) und eine mit pneumatischem Unterdruck beaufschlagte Druckkammer (19) mit auf die Membran (12) wirkender Rückstellfeder (14) zur automatischen Wiederfreigabe der Kraftstoffzufuhr unterteilt ist. - Brennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kraftstoffeinspritzanlage eine Kraftstoffeinspritzpumpe (1) mit Saugloch (5) aufweist, wobei der Verschlußstößel (10) zum Verschließen des Saugloches (5) vorgesehen ist. - Brennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschlußstößel (10) fest mit der Membran (12) verbunden ist. - Brennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rückstellfeder (14) auf der der Membran (12) entgegengesetzten Seite auf eine Druckplatte (7) wirkt. - Brennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verschlußstößel (10) selbstzentrierend ausgebildet ist. - Brennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach dem ölkreislaufseitigen Anschluß (20) und vor dem kurbelgehäuseseitigen Anschluß (22) in der Regelleitung jeweils eine Drossel (21, 23) vorgesehen ist, um den Leitungsdruck von der Ölviskosität und Fördermenge des Ölkreislaufs unabhängig zu machen. - Brennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach dem ölkreislaufseitigen Anschluß (20) in der Regelleitung (18) eine Drossel (21) und vor dem kurbelgehäuseseitigen Anschluß (22) ein Ventil (35) vorgesehen ist. - Brennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Regelglied eine an einem Ende mit der Unterdruckdose (15) verbundene Leitung (17) zum Evakuieren und Belüften der Druckkammer (19) vorgesehen ist, die an ihrem anderen Ende über ein Rückschlagventil (30) mit der Regelleitung (18) verbunden ist und die des weiteren über eine Belüftungsdrossel (26) mit der Atmosphäre verbunden ist. - Brennkraftmaschine, insbesondere Einzylinder-Dieselmotor mit Kraftstoffeinspritzanlage, bei welcher zur automatischen Unterbrechung der Kraftstoffversorgung bei Schmierölmangel eine mechanische Regelung mit Stell- und Regelglied vorgesehen ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Stellglied des Regelkreises eine Unterdruckdose (57) mit Membran (58) zur Druckbeaufschlagung eines Verschlußstößels (60) vorgesehen ist, und daß eine erste Regelleitung (55) mit einem ölkreislaufseitigen Anschluß zur Erzeugung eines Drucks und eine zweite Regelleitung (56) mit einem kurbelgehäuseseitigen Anschluß im Regelglied vorgesehen ist. - Brennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unterdruckdose (57) durch eine Membran (58) in eine mit Öldruck beaufschlagte Druckkammer (70) und eine mit pneumatischem Luftdruck bzw. Unterdruck beaufschlagte Druckkammer (71) mit auf die Membran (58) wirkender Druckfeder (59) unterteilt ist. - Brennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Evakuierungsvorrichtung zum manuellen Evakuieren der Unterdruckseite (71) der Membran (58) vorgesehen ist. - Brennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Evakuierungsvorrichtung ein Rückschlagventil (67), ein Gummibalg (65) mit Druckfeder (66), eine Belüftungsdrossel (69) und eine Evakuierungsleitung (68) vorgesehen ist.
