Claims (15)
- Anordnung zum Auspressen einer fließfähigen Substanz mit einem diese enthaltenden, langgestreckten Schlauchbeutel (1), der zumindest an einem Ende eine von einer Schulter (12) des Schlauchbeutels (1) und einem mit dieser verbundenen, wenigstens ein Dichtorgan (15,22,45) aufweisenden oder bildenden Dichtring (13) umgebene Öffnung (8) aufweist, und mit einem Auspreßgerät (2,5), das einen den Schlauchbeutel aufnehmenden Zylinderraum (10) aufweist, der an einem Ende einen Preßkolben (5) aufnimmt und am anderen Ende eine mit der Beutelöffnung (8) zusammenwirkende Entleeröffnung (9) enthält, die von einer der Schulter (12) des Schlauchbeutels (1) und dem Dichtring (13) gegenüber liegenden Stirnfläche (11) umgeben ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dichtorgan (15,22,45) des Dichtrings ausschließlich mit der die Entleeröffnung (9) umgebenden Stirnfläche (11), nämlich mit der von dieser Stirnfläche (11) gebildeten Kante der Entleeröffnung, zusammenwirkt.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dichtring (13) im Verhältnis zur Beutelachse (42) winkelbeweglich mit dem Beutel (1) verbunden ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dichtring (15) mit einer Scheibe (16) verbunden oder als Scheibe ausgebildet ist, die mit der Beutelstirnseite (12) innerhalb eines dieser zugekehrten Ringwulsts (41) verklebt ist, dessen Durchmesser wesentlich geringer als der des Beutels (1) ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtfläche (46) des Dichtorgans (45) sphärisch oder kegelig ausgebildet ist und der Winkel (48) zwischen der im Berührungspunkt angelegten Tangente und der Mittellinie (42) wesentlich größer ist als der Winkel zwischen der Richtung der Wandung (44) der Entleeröffnung (9) und der Mittellinie (42).
- Anordnung zum Auspressen einer fließfähigen Substanz, die einen die Substanz enthaltenden, langgestreckten Schlauchbeutel (1), der zumindest an einem Ende eine von einer Stirnfläche (12) des Schlauchbeutels (1) und einem mit dieser verbundenen, wenigstens ein Dichtorgan (45) aufweisenden oder bildenden Dichtring (13) umgebene Öffnung (8) aufweist, und ein Auspreßgerät (2,5) umfaßt, das einen den Schlauchbeutel aufnehmenden Zylinderraum (10) aufweist, der an einem Ende einen Preßkolben (5) aufnimmt und am anderen Ende eine mit der Beutelöffnung (8) zusammenwirkende Entleerungsöffnung (9) mit einer mit dem Oberfläche des Dichtrings (13) zusammenwirkenden Dichtfläche (43) enthält, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die von dem Dichtring (13) gebildete Dichtfläche (46) und/oder die bei der Entleerungsöffnung (9) vorgesehene Dichtfläche sphärisch ausgebildet ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Winkel (48) zwischen der Tangente im Berührungspunkt der Dichtflächen (43,46) und der Mittellinie (42) größer als 30° ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Zentrierung der Beutelöffnung (8) in bezug auf die Entleeröffnung (9) der Außendurchmesser des als Ringscheibe ausgebildeten Dichtrings (13) nicht wesentlich geringer ist als derjenige des Zylinderraums (10).
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umfangsfläche (28) des Dichtrings (13) eine Höhe von mindestens 4 mm oder 6% des Dichtringdurchmessers aufweist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dichtring mit mindestens einem ihn in der Dichtposition arretierenden Halteteil versehen ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halteteil als eine mit der Innenwand des Zylinderraums zusammenwirkende Klemme (23) ausgebildet ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halteteil als mindestens ein mit der Stirnfläche (11) zusammenwirkender Saughalter ausgebildet ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Ende des Beutels (1), das dem die Öffnung (8) enthaltenden Ende entgegengesetzt ist, ein mit der Wand (3) des Zylinderraums (10) zumindest in der Richtung, die den Beutel (1) aus dem Zylinderraum (10) herausführt, reibend zusammenwirkendes Bremsorgan (30) vorgesehen ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bremsorgan (30) eine Scheibe oder einen Ring umfaßt, über die/den der Preßkolben (5) auf den Schlauchbeutel einwirkt.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der ggf. unterbrochene Umfang des Bremsorgans (30) einen Durchmesser aufweist, der größer als der Innendurchmesser des Zylinderraums (10) ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ebene (33) des Kontakts zwischen dem Bremsorgan (30) und der Wand (3) des Zylinderraums (10) gegenüber der Ebene (34) des am Schlauchbeutel (1) anliegenden Bereichs des Bremsorgans in der Richtung vom Schlauchbeutel (1) weg versetzt ist.
