Description
Claims (8)
- Schotterplaniermaschine (1) mit einem auf Schienenfahrwerken (2) verfahrbaren Maschinenrahmen (3), dem ein durch Antriebe (19) relativ zum Maschinenrahmen (3) verstellbarer Schotterpflug (20) zur Einschotterung eines Gleises (6) sowie eine Steuereinrichtung (31) zugeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßa) in Arbeitsrichtung der Schotterplaniermaschine (1) vor dem Schotterpflug (20) eine berührungslose Abtasteinrichtung (29) zur Erfassung eines normal zur Gleis- bzw. Maschinenlängsrichtung verlaufenden Schotter-Istprofiles (30) vorgesehen ist,b) dem Schotterpflug (20) Positionsgeber (25) zur Erfassung einer relativen Lageveränderung in bezug auf den Maschinenrahmen (3) zugeordnet sind, undc) der Steuereinrichtung (31) eine Speichereinheit (32) zur Speicherung eines Schotter-Sollprofiles (33) zugeordnet ist.
- Schotterplaniermaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Steuereinrichtung (31) ein Monitor (35) zur Anzeige des durch die Abtasteinrichtung (29) erfaßten Schotter-lstprofiles (30) und des diesem überlagerten Schotter-Sollprofiles (33) sowie der in bezug auf das Schotter-Istprofil (30) aktuellen Position des Schotterpfluges (20) zugeordnet ist.
- Schotterplaniermaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der mit einem Weggeber (34) verbundenen Steuereinrichtung (31) eine Differenzbildungseinheit (39) zum Erfassen der als Schottermangel bzw. -überschuß wirksamen Differenz zwischen Schotter-lstprofil (30) und Schotter-Sollprofil (33) zugeordnet ist, und daß ein Computerprogramm (40) zur Ermittlung der in Relation zu den Schottermengenabweichungen optimalen Lage des Schotterpfluges (20) vorgesehen ist.
- Schotterplaniermaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schotterpflug (20) aus einem bezüglich der Maschinenquerrichtung mittig angeordneten Mittelpflug (21) und einem jeweils seitlich von diesem positionierten Flankenpflug (22) gebildet ist, dem als Positionsgeber (25) jeweils ein Winkelmesser (28) zur Erfassung eines Flankenwinkels (α) zugeordnet ist.
- Schotterplaniermaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein einer Auslaßöffnung (17) eines Schotterspeichers (9) zugeordneter Antrieb (18) für einen Schotterauslaß von der Steuereinrichtung (31) in Abhängigkeit von der in der Differenzbildungseinheit (39) ermittelten Schottermengenabweichung beaufschlagbar ist.
- Schotterplaniermaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Arbeitsrichtung der Maschine (1) hinter dem Schotterpflug (20) eine zweite Abtasteinrichtung (29) zur Erfassung des Schotter-lstprofiles (30) sowie eine Differenzbildungseinheit (39) zur Erfassung einer gegebenenfalls vorhandenen Abweichung vom Schotter-Sollprofil (33) vorgesehen ist.
- Verfahren zum Einschottern eines Gleises durch einen Schotter- bzw. Flankenpflug (20,22), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unmittelbar vor der Einschotterung das Schotter-lstprofil (30) der Schotterbettung (41) berührungslos abgetastet und permanent mit einem Schotter-Sollprofil (33) der Schotterbettung (41) verglichen und der Schotter- bzw. Flankenpflug (20,22) in Abhängigkeit von der Differenz zwischen den beiden Querschnittsprofilen gesteuert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schotter-lstprofil (30) der Schotterbettung (41) zusätzlich unmittelbar nach der Einschotterung abgetastet und mit dem Schotter-Sollprofil (33) verglichen wird.
