Claims (22)
- Device for connecting precast concrete parts, comprising at least one fixing part (1) and one rope loop (5), anchored at one end in the precast concrete part, and whose other looped end works in conjunction with the fixing part set into the face of the precast concrete part, in order to flexibly bend the rope loop during manufacture of the precast concrete part approximately rectangularly and to release it to permit connection, where the fixing part is designed as an elongated box (1), the box floor (2) being provided with one or more openings (4) for the rope loop (5), with means near the opening (4), which holds the rope loop part (6) to be anchored esentially at a right angle to the longitudinal extension of the box (1), and with retaining elements (7), which hold the bent rope loop inside the box (1), yet which enable the rope loop to be disengaged from the holding position, characterised in that the box (1) has an essentially uniform, U-shaped cross-section, and that the retaining elements (7) are arranged longitudinally in the edge region of the limbs of the U.
- Device according to claim 1, characterised in that the retaining elements are designed as individual spot retaining elements.
- Device according to one or both of the preceding claims, characterised by a bend (9) at the opening (4) acting on the rope loop part (6) to be anchored and flexibly shaping the rope loop in connection with the box and its retaining elements.
- Device according to one of the claims 1 to 3, characterised by a holding means (90) at the opening (4) obtained by punching and bending.
- Device according to one of the preceding claims 1 to 4, characterised in that a sealing means closes the gap between rope loop (5) and opening (4).
- Device according to claim 5, characterised in that a formed part (8) made in particular from plastic, an adhesive or foam is provided as sealing means and /or the sealing means does not serve to bend the rope loop (6) to be anchored.
- Device according to one or both of the preceding claims, characterised in that a formed part (8) acting on the rope loop part (6) to be anchored is set into the opening (4) and flexibly shapes the rope loop part in connection with the box and its retaining elements.
- Device according to one or both of the claims 6 or 7, characterised in that the formed part (81) is provided with a flange (15), which is adjacent to the box floor (2).

- Device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised in that the box floor is provided with an internal and/or external holding means (90) which holds the formed part (8) near the opening (4).
- Device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised in that rails, which project towards the inside and form the retaining elements (7), are attached, in particular bent, at the edge of the limbs (11) of the U.
- Device according to claim 14, characterised in that the width of the rails (7) is at least equal to half of the diameter of the wire rope (12) of the rope loop (5).
- Device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised in that the box is sealed at its end.
- Device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised in that the box (1) is provided with several openings (4) and/or is made from sheet metal or plastic.
- Device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised in that the box (1) is provided on its floor (2) and/or on its sides (16) with means (14) for anchoring the box in the precast concrete part.
- Device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised in that a removable cover is attached to the outside of the box (1).
- Device according to claim 19, characterised in that the removable cover is designed in a double sided adhesive manner for fixing on the form work.
- Process for manufacturing a device for connecting precast concrete parts according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterised in that the opening and the retaining means as well as the provision of the bend is created in one manufacturing step, in particular in a punch operation.
