Claims (4)
- Konturschneidmaschine mit einem über Messerscheiben (30-34) umlaufenden endlosen Messerband (22), das in zwei ineinander übergehenden Schleifen (28,36) verläuft, wobei eine erste Schleife (28) um zwei feste Messerscheiben (32,33) und zwei gemeinsam verschiebbare Messerscheiben (30,31) herumführt und eine zweite Schleife (36) um eine weitere Messerscheibe (34) herumführt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Messerband (22) um diejenige verschiebbare Messerscheibe (30), die die beiden Schleifen (28,36) verbindet, mit einem Umschlingungswinkel von etwa 270° herumgeführt ist, wobei an jeder Messerscheibe (30-34) die gleiche Fläche des Messerbandes (22) anliegt. - Konturschneidmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die Schleifen (28,36) verbindende Messerscheibe (30) gegenüber der Ebene, in der die übrigen Messerscheiben verlaufen, schräggestellt ist, um den hinlaufenden Bandabschnitt (35) und den abgehenden Schneidtrum (23) kollisionsfrei aneinander vorbei zu führen.
- Konturschneidmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verschiebbaren Messerscheiben (30,31) an synchron verfahrbaren Schlitten (19,20) angebracht sind, welche jeweils eine Drehvorrichtung (21) zum Verdrehen des Messerbandes (22) im Schneidtrum (23) tragen.
- Konturscheidmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1-3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Messerscheiben an einem maschinenfesten Werkzeugträger (16) gelagert sind, und daß als Auflager für das Schneidgut zwei durch einen Spalt (14) für den Durchgang des Messerbandes (22) getrennte Förderbänder (12,13) vorgesehen sind.
