Claims (11)
- Pumpe mit einer Schneideinrichtung (3) zum Fördern eines Fördermediums, das durch Verunreinigungen, Dickstoffe u. dgl. belastet ist, mit einem in einem Pumpengehäuse (1) drehgelagerten und abgedichtet geführten, rotierenden Pumpenlaufrad (2), an dem ein oder mehrere Schneidmesser (4) der Schneideinrichtung (3) angeordnet sind, Schneidmesser (4) und Pumpenlaufrad (2) zusammen angetrieben sind und das Pumpenlaufrad (2) hohl geformten, im Inneren die Mediendas Pumpenlaufrad (2) einen hohl geformten, im Inneren die Medienströmung führenden, nach außen in das Medium hineinragenden rotationsförmig symmetrischen Aufbau (8) aufweist, an dem oder in dem die mitrotierenden Schneidmesser (4) angebracht sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in einer kegelförmigen Fläche (6a) einer feststehenden kegelförmigen Gegenmesserhaube (6) liegende Gegenschneidmesser (5) durch radial auf der kegelförmigen Fläche (6a) verlaufende Ausnehmungen (9) in der Gegenmesserhaube (6) gebildet sind und daß die Schneidmesser (4) am Pumpenlaufrad (2) unter einem Winkel (10) zur Drehrichtung (11) und mit zunehmendem Radialabstand (12) vom Zentrum (13) nach außen , in Drehrichtung (11) zurückbleibend geformt sind. - Pumpe nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Ausnehmungen (9) etwa rechteckförmig sind und konisch zur Richtung der Mittellängsachse (14) der Pumpe verlaufen. - Pumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Breite (15) und Länge (16) der Ausnehmungen (9) auf die Größe des entstehenden Schneidgutes abgestimmt sind. - Pumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß Breite (15) und Länge (16) bzw. Form der Ausnehmungen (9) auf die angestrebte Strömungsgeschwindigkeit abgestimmt sind. - Pumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Winkel (10) der Schneidmesser (4) am Pumpenlaufrad (2) gemessen an einer Tangente (17) und der Schneidkante (9a) einer Ausnehmung (9) etwa 18-40° beträgt. - Pumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die auf dem Kegelmantel (2b) des Pumpenlaufrades (2) liegenden Schneidmesser (4) gebogen geformt sind. - Pumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Bogenform (18) der Schneidmesser (4) etwa dem Verlauf von Zähnen bei Spiralkegelzahnrädern entspricht. - Pumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Abstand (19) am Umfang aufeinanderfolgender Schneidmesser (4) ungleich groß ist. - Pumpe nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß jeweils zwei oder mehr aufeinanderfolgende Schneidmesser (4) eine Gruppe (20) bilden, die einen kleineren Abstand (19) unter sich einhalten als der Abstand (21) zur nächsten Gruppe (23) beträgt. - Pumpe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß bei einem nach unten ragenden Pumpenlaufrad (2) und einer nach unten ragenden feststehenden Gegenmesserhaube (6) an dem Pumpengehäuse (1) eine Schneidglocke (24) mit Befestigungsflansch (25) für eine Anschlußrohrleitung (26) vorgesehen ist, die die feststehende Gegenmesserhaube (6) umgibt und einen strömungsgünstigen Einlauf (27) an der Gegenmesserhaube (6) bildet. - Pumpe nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Befestigungsflansch (25) Teil eines geschlossenen Rohrleitungssystems ist.
