Claims (11)

  1. A pump with a cutting device (3) to convey a medium with impurities, thick materials, etc. with a rotating impeller (2) sealed and mounted in the pump housing (1) on which one or more cutting blades (4) of the cutting device (3) are located, whereby the cutting blades (4) and impeller (2) are driven together, and the impeller (2) is hollow with an interior that guides the media flow and with a rotationally symmetrical structure (8) that extends outward into the medium, and the concomitantly rotating blades (4) are attached on or in the impeller, characterized in that counter-blades (5) in a conical surface (6a) of a fixed, conical counter-blade cap (6) are formed by radial cut-outs (9) in the conical surface of the counter-blade cap (6), and that the blades (4) on the impeller (2) are at an angle (10) to the rotational direction (11), and trail in the rotational direction (11) with an increasing radial distance (12) from the center (13) outward.
  2. A pump according to claim 1, characterized in that the cut-outs (9) are approximately rectangular and run conically in the direction of the pump midaxis (14).
  3. A pump according to one of claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the width (15) and length (16) of the cut-outs (9) are adapted to the size of the arising material to be cut.
  4. A pump according to one of claims 1-3, characterized in the width (15) and length (16) or shape of the cut-outs (9) are adjusted to the desired flow speed.
  5. A pump according to one of claims 1-4, characterized in that the angle (10) of the blades (4) on the impeller (2) is approximately 18-40° measured from a tangent (17) and the cutting edge (9a).
  6. A pump according to one of claims 1-5, characterized in that the blades (4) on the conical surface (2b) of the impeller (2) are curved.
  7. A pump according to one of claims 1-6,characterized in that the curve (18) of the blades (4) approximately corresponds to the path of the teeth of spiral bevel gears.
  8. A pump according to one of claims 1-7, characterized in that the spacing (19) of sequential blades (4) on the perimeter is uneven.
  9. A pump according to claim 8, characterized in that two or more sequential blades (4) form a group (20) that has a smaller spacing (19) between the blades than the spacing (21) to the next group (23).
  10. A pump according to one of claims 1-9, characterized in that there is a downward extending impeller (2) and a downward-extending, fixed counter blade cap (6) on the pump housing (1), and there is a cutter bell (24) with an attachment flange (25) for a service pipe (26) that surrounds the fixed counter blade cap (6) and forms a flow-enhancing inlet (27) at the counter-blade cap (6).
  11. A pump according to claim 10, characterized in that the attachment flange (25) is a part of a closed pipe system.
