Description

  

      Zentrifugalpumpe        zum    Fördern von     verunreinigten    Flüssigkeiten    Die Erfindung     betrifft    eine     Zentrifugalpumpe     zum Fördern von verunreinigten, bzw. feste Körper  enthaltenden Flüssigkeiten.  



  Bei derartigen Pumpen ergeben sich oft Betriebs  störungen und Beschädigungen, da feste Körper in  die Pumpe     gelangen    und     zwischen    dem Gehäuse der  Pumpe und der     Schaufelung    verklemmt werden kön  nen. Es bleibt dann nichts anderes übrig,     als    die  Pumpe     stillzusetzen    und die Verunreinigungen her  auszuholen,     resp.    zu entfernen. Um diese Nachteile  zu vermeiden ist es bekannt, im Pumpengehäuse  Messer anzuordnen, wobei dann die festen Körper  durch die Messer zerschnitten und anschliessend mit  der Flüssigkeit hinausgeschwemmt werden.  



  Es ist auch bekannt, gegen die Kanten der Lauf  radflügel     vorspringende        Messer    anzubringen und da  durch     die    festen Körper zu     zerschneiden.     



  Gemäss der Erfindung ist eine     Zentrifugalpumpe     zum Fördern von verunreinigten Flüssigkeiten, mit  teils am Pumpengehäuse und teils am Laufrad ange  ordneten miteinander zusammenwirkenden Zerklei  nerungsorganen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die  Ansaugöffnung mindestens stellenweise durch       Schneidkanten    begrenzt ist, welche mit     Schneidkan-          ten    der     Laufradschaufeln        zusammenwirken.     



  Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der     Zentrifugalpumpe     gemäss der Erfindung ist in der beiliegenden Zeich  nung dargestellt. Es zeigt:       Fig.    1 eine Ansicht auf die Ansaugseite einer     er-          findungsgemässen        Zentrifugalpumpe    mit gestrichelt  eingezeichnetem Schaufelrad, und       Fig.2    einen Schnitt nach der Linie     II-II    in       Fig.    1.  



  In der Zeichnung ist das Gehäuse 1 der Pumpe  dargestellt, dessen Boden eine kreisförmige Öffnung  2 aufweist. Ein sich     in    Strömungsrichtung verjüngen-    der, kegelförmiger     Einlaufstutzen    3 ist in die Öffnung  2 des Gehäuses     eingefügt    und mit vier Schrauben 4  an letzterem befestigt.  



  Der     Einlaufstutzen    3 weist eine Ansaugöffnung 5  und drei     Schneidkanten    bildende     Randausnehmun-          gen    6 auf.  



  Auf der Unterseite der     Laufradscheibe    7 sind drei       spiralförmig    verlaufende     Schaufeln    8 befestigt. Die  Schaufeln 8 weisen eine in Drehrichtung abnehmende  Höhe auf, so dass ihre als     Schneidkanten    ausgebilde  ten Ränder im Betrieb die     Schneidkanten    der     Rand-          ausnehmungen    bestreichen.  



  Sobald ein fester Körper durch den     Einlaufstut-          zen    in die     Pumpe    und     dort        zwischen        die        Schneidkan-          ten    der     Schaufeln    und die     Schneidkanten    der     Rand-          ausnehmungen    gerät, wird er zerschnitten     und    zer  kleinert und dann zusammen mit der Flüssigkeit wei  tergefördert.

  Such pumps often result in malfunctions and damage, since solid bodies get into the pump and can be jammed between the housing of the pump and the blades. There is then nothing else to do than shut down the pump and pull out the impurities, respectively. to remove. In order to avoid these disadvantages, it is known to arrange knives in the pump housing, in which case the solid bodies are then cut up by the knives and then washed out with the liquid.



  It is also known to mount knives protruding against the edges of the running wheel vanes and to cut through the solid body.



  According to the invention, a centrifugal pump for pumping contaminated liquids, with co-operating grinding organs arranged partly on the pump housing and partly on the impeller, characterized in that the suction opening is limited at least in places by cutting edges which cooperate with cutting edges of the impeller blades.



  An embodiment of the centrifugal pump according to the invention is shown in the accompanying drawing. It shows: FIG. 1 a view of the suction side of a centrifugal pump according to the invention with an impeller drawn in dashed lines, and FIG. 2 a section along the line II-II in FIG.



  In the drawing, the housing 1 of the pump is shown, the bottom of which has a circular opening 2. A conical inlet connection 3 which tapers in the direction of flow is inserted into the opening 2 of the housing and fastened to the latter with four screws 4.



  The inlet connection 3 has a suction opening 5 and edge recesses 6 that form three cutting edges.



  On the underside of the impeller disk 7 three spiral blades 8 are attached. The blades 8 have a height that decreases in the direction of rotation, so that their edges designed as cutting edges brush the cutting edges of the edge recesses during operation.



  As soon as a solid body gets through the inlet nozzle into the pump and there between the cutting edges of the blades and the cutting edges of the edge recesses, it is cut up and shredded and then conveyed on together with the liquid.

SUBClaims 1. Centrifugal pump according to claim, characterized in that the pump has a conical inlet nozzle tapering in the direction of flow with a number of edge recesses forming cutting edges. 2. Centrifugal pump according to claim and sub-claim 1, characterized in that the impeller blades run helically and have a decreasing height in the direction of rotation, so that the cutting edges of the blades brush the cutting edges of the inlet connection.
