Definitions
- the invention relates to an inclined mounting roof, in particular for residential buildings with the features specified in the preamble of claim 1 and roof panels that can be used when building such an assembly roof are.
- DE 16 09 523 A1 basically describes the construction of an inclined one Building roofs known from prefabricated roof elements.
- the latter are in essential plate grains, which have a kind Interlocking galvanizing and supporting each other.
- a special static design of the roof panels with regard to a possible Great load-bearing capacity with low weight is this state of the art not removable.
- a roof panel for pitched roofs is known from EPA 0 494 612 B1, where a concrete slab is stiffened by reinforcement and rafters and thus becomes particularly stable. At their first end, the Plate fasteners for firm and flush connection with the Have neighboring plate, these connecting elements are not closer are defined.
- the invention has for its object a mounting roof and for it Specify usable roof panels where the assembly effort is reduced and the static properties of the roof are improved.
- This object is achieved by the in the characterizing part of claim 1 specified features solved.
- This is a special connection technology between the roof panels and the ridge purlin.
- To the The end faces of the rafters on the ridge side are namely hook-like anchoring fittings arranged to attach the roof panel to the ridge purlin, the latter having an upwardly open receptacle for hanging the Has anchoring fittings.
- the roof panels can use this ridge purlin to withstand the forces Roof panels show the entire roof pitch from the ridge purlin to the eaves span without having to pull in additional supports.
- the Roof loads are transferred to the gable masonry and the Masonry on the eaves side removed. In this respect, the entire Roof space remain column-free, which is a flexible expansion option of the Attic meets.
- the on-site assembly of the roof according to the invention can be very simple and run rationally, since the respective roof panel by means of a Truck cranes only with their hook-like anchoring fittings in the recordings are attached to the ridge purlin and placed on top.
- Claims 2 and 3 characterize advantageous embodiments for the recordings on the ridge purlin in the form of angle iron or U-iron fittings on a ridge purlin in the form of a wooden beam or of a prestressed concrete beam are applied.
- Claims 5 to 8 relate to preferred embodiments of the anchor fittings and their different attachment Roof panels with rafters made of wood or concrete.
- the intended one Cutting edge bearing between anchoring fitting and angle iron leg is advantageous in that with one and the same fittings Roof panels can have very different angles of inclination.
- Claims 9 and 10 relate to the support on the eaves side the roof panels, which in principle also with one of claims 1 to 8 different training of the ridge purlin storage is feasible.
- Straight in connection with the hook-type anchoring fittings and the open-topped receptacles on the ridge-side roof mounting However, due to the slide bearing on the eaves side, there is the possibility to put the assembly roof on a usual knee stick. This needs no separate constructional measures to accommodate lateral Forces as horizontal forces are not transmitted due to the plain bearing become. Furthermore, due to the specified design of the plain bearing any angle of inclination within certain limits and the same plain bearing can be realized.
- Claims 11 and 12 relate to a preferred fastening method for Eagle beam between two opposite roof panels, the simple is feasible. Again, the connection of the epiglottis can on roof panels with wooden rafters in particularly advantageous Way with the ridge-side suspension and eaves-side slide bearing the roof panel can be combined as this is the overall roof assembly allows in a very rational way. However, the invention Throat bolt beam attachment also with other stored Roof panels can be used.
- a residential building 1 is shown schematically, the inclined Has assembly roof 2.
- the roof is through on both sides of the ridge in it Roof panels 3 lined up in the longitudinal direction, that span the distance from the ridge to the eaves.
- These roof panels 3 are industrially prefabricated and each consist of a thin concrete slab 4, whose load capacity is connected to the concrete slab by several Beam rafters 5 is guaranteed.
- the roof panels 3, these rafters 5 run transversely to the ridge direction.
- the roof panels 3 are stiffened in the ridge direction extending ridge purlin 6, which is based on the following figures is explained in more detail.
- the roof panels 3 are on a knee stick via slide bearings 7 8 of the residential building supported.
- the plain bearings 7 are in even closer to explanatory manner designed so that they are not transverse to the ridge or eaves direction horizontal forces can transfer.
- Fig. 1 two opposite Roof panels 3 can be supported against each other by a bolt 10 each with the holding tabs 11 in a manner to be explained in more detail below the roof panels 3 are to be connected.
- the roof panels 3 are on the ridge side Front ends 12 of the carrier rafters 5 with hook-like anchoring fittings 13 provided in an upwardly open receptacle 14 on the Ridge purlin 6 can be attached.
- the exact structure of these roof panels 3 is mentioned in the introduction German patent application No. 197 21 165.8 removable.
- the anchoring fittings 13 on the roof panels 3 consist in this Trap nailed to each of the side surfaces 16 of the rafters 5 Sheet metal tabs that protrude beyond the front end 12 of the divisions 5 Have hook projection 17. With the opening formed by it 18 each roof panel 3 hangs on the respective vertical leg 19 of a U-shaped iron 20 nailed to the top 21 of the beam-shaped ridge purlin 6 is. Due to the shape of the opening 18 and the support of the Hook projection 17 on the vertical leg 19 form these components a kind of cutting edge bearing, whereby a variable over wide angular ranges Adjustment of the inclination of the roof panels 3 is possible.
- battens 22 can also be seen on the carrier rafter 5, which is used to attach the roof tiles. Between the foreheads 12 of the carrier rafters 5, a board 23 is also placed upright, that can serve as an assembly aid for the ridge tiles of the roof.
- FIG. 3 differs from that according to FIG Fig. 2 is not essential with regard to the anchor fittings 13. Latter are only provided with higher hook projections 17, the moreover not a semicircular, but a more angled opening 18 have. Otherwise there are components that correspond to FIG. 2 provided with identical reference numerals and require no further explanation.
- the main difference of the subject of Fig. 3 to the embodiment 2 lies in the design of the ridge purlin 6, which is in the present Fall from a double T-beam e.g. the IPE 360 classification is.
- the base flange 24 of this metal ridge purlin 6 stands vertically End flanges 25 are arranged horizontally on the base flange 24 at the top and bottom.
- Sitting on the upper end flange 25 along the longitudinal edges 26 in each case angle iron 27, the vertical leg 19 of which projects upwards again as a support for the hook projection 17 of the anchoring fittings 13 serve.
- the angle iron 27 extend continuously over the ridge purlin 6 so that the roof panels 3 at any mounting position can be hung. Furthermore reinforce the continuous angle iron 27 the ridge purlin 6, so that it has increased stability.
- a ridge purlin 6 is in turn Shape of a double T-beam with welded on the upper end flange 25 Angle iron 27 used.
- the roof panel 3 is made entirely of concrete.
- the carrier rafter 5 made of this material and with (not shown) Reinforcement.
- the anchoring fittings 13 are on the end face Concreted in the beam rafters 5, for which purpose an end anchor plate 28 with reinforcing bars embedded in and anchored in the concrete material 29 is provided.
- the anchor plate 28 In the opposite direction is at the anchor plate 28 each have a hook projection 17 with a corresponding opening 18 welded, with which the roof panel 3 is placed on the angle iron 27.
- the hook projections 17 can otherwise by edge ribs 30th be reinforced.
- the slide bearing 7 consists of a steel bracket 31, which with its on the concrete slab 4 adjacent legs 32 via suitable screw connections 33 is connected to the roof panel 3. With the right angle downwardly projecting leg 34, the roof panel 3 is on a metal Platen 35 on. Due to the appropriate material pairing the leg 34 freely in the direction 36 transverse to the ridge or eaves direction movable and therefore no statically relevant horizontal forces in it Transfer direction 36.
- the screw 33 of the steel angle can, for example via a so-called Pfeiffer sleeve dowel with a transverse hole, which is screwed to the beam rafter 5.
- the height of the platen 35 is adjustable by washers, not shown, so that a series of roof panels 3 without offset is possible.
- the assembly roof according to the invention also a throat bar 10 very easy and efficient to attach.
- the roof panels point 3 a breakthrough at a junction of a bolt bolt 10 37 in the concrete slab 4, the width B of which is greater than that Width b of the rafter 5 is.
- On both sides of the beam rafter 5 is a retaining tab 38 with the help of a screw 39, the each pass through an elongated hole 40 in the retaining tabs 38.
- the slot 40 is dimensioned so that the retaining tab 38 can be pushed back for an intermediate production step can (Fig.
- the two retaining tabs can 38 can also be formed on a common U-bracket 43, the throat bolt beam 10 then hooked into the receptacle formed by the U-shape can be.
- the breakthrough 37 in the concrete slab 4 can according to the Assembly of the epiglottis 10 are closed in the usual way.
- 6 and 7 is a pressure-resistant Transfer of forces from a roof panel 3 via the throat beam 10 to the opposite roof panel 3 possible. That is why Contact of the bevelled end faces 44 of the epiglottis 10 with the concrete slab 4 makes sense.
