Description
Die Hemmkräfte im Scharniergelenk sind jedoch insbesondere im Ruhezustand relativ groß, so daß die Feineinstellung bzw. ein Nachstellen des Scharniers durch entsprechendes Verdrehen aus der Ruhelage schwierig sein kann.
Bei Verschleiß der zusammenwirkenden Profile kann das Scharnier insofern nachgestellt werden, als die Hemmwirkung der aufeinander abgestimmten Profile durch entsprechendes Ändern ihrer Winkelstellung zueinander wieder hergestellt wird. Hierzu muß der Scharnierbolzen relativ zum mit ihm das Schwenklager bildenden Scharnierschild verdrehbar sein. Andererseits muß er jedoch auch in diesem Scharnierschild so so drehfest festgelegt sein, daß er sich unter Verlust der Hemmwirkung nicht ungewollt verdrehen kann.
Ein weitgehend stufenloses Feststellen der Tür in allen denkbaren Öffnungsstellungen ist mit dieser bekannten Konstruktion nicht möglich. Auch läßt sich dies Türscharnier aufgrund der zwangsläufig ausladenden Bauweise des Profilteiles kaum kompakt gestalten.

Claims (2)
- Scharnier (1) für Türen mit Schwenkhemmung, insbesondere Türen für Kraftfahrzeuge, bei dem der Scharnierbolzen (4) in einem ersten Axialbereich (6) sowie das erste Scharnierschild (2) mit aufeinander abgestimmten Profilen (8 und 9) in Form mehrerer, gedachte Zylinderflächen auf dem Bolzen (4) bzw. im Scharnierschild (2) radial nach außen bzw. innen übersteigender, um gleiche Winkel in Umfangsrichtung versetzter, keilförmiger, steil wieder auf die Zylinderflächen abfallender Nocken versehen sind und bei dem der Scharnierbolzen (4) in einem zweiten Axialbereich (7) und das zweite Scharnierschild (3) aufeinander abgestimmte, voneinander lösbare und unverrückbar miteinander in Eingriff haltbare Profile aufweisen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Profile im zweiten Axialbereich (7) des Scharnierbolzens (4) und im zweiten Scharnierschild (3) als sich im wesentlichen über die ganze Länge des Profilbereiches erstreckende Kegelflächen (12 und 13) ausgebildet sind. - Scharnier(1) für Türen mit Schwenkhemmung, insbesondere Türen für Kraftfahrzeuge, bei dem der Scharnierbolzen (4) in einem ersten Axialbereich (6) sowie das erste Scharnierschild (2) mit aufeinander abgestimmten Profilen (8 und 9) in Form mehrerer, gedachte Zylinderflächen auf dem Bolzen (4) bzw. im Scharnierschild (2) radial nach außen bzw. innen übersteigender, um gleiche Winkel in Umfangsrichtung versetzter, keilförmiger, steil wieder auf die Zylinderflächen abfallender Nocken versehen sind und bei dem der Scharnier-bolzen (4) in einem zweiten Axialbereich (7) und das zweite Scharnierschild (3) aufeinander abgestimmte, voneinander lösbare und unverrückbar miteinander in Eingriff haltbare Profile aufweisen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Profile im zweiten Axialbereich (7) des Scharnierbolzens (4) und im zweiten Scharnierschild (3) achsparallele Verzahnungen (18) aufweisen.
