Dabei sind die aufeinander abgestimmten Profilpaarungen an beiden Axialbereichen des Scharnierbolzens angeordnet, wobei sie eine unterschiedlich starke Drehhemmung bewirken. Das bekannte Scharnier mit Schwenkhemmung zeichnet sich durch eine besonders kompakte Bauweise aus.
Die Hemmkräfte im Scharniergelenk sind jedoch insbesondere im Ruhezustand relativ groß, so daß die Feineinstellung bzw. ein Nachstellen des Scharniers durch entsprechendes Verdrehen aus der Ruhelage schwierig sein kann.
Bei Verschleiß der zusammenwirkenden Profile kann das Scharnier insofern nachgestellt werden, als die Hemmwirkung der aufeinander abgestimmten Profile durch entsprechendes Ändern ihrer Winkelstellung zueinander wieder hergestellt wird. Hierzu muß der Scharnierbolzen relativ zum mit ihm das Schwenklager bildenden Scharnierschild verdrehbar sein. Andererseits muß er jedoch auch in diesem Scharnierschild so so drehfest festgelegt sein, daß er sich unter Verlust der Hemmwirkung nicht ungewollt verdrehen kann.

Claims (2)

  1.
