Claims (9)
- Isoliersteg (5) aus wärmedämmendem Material, insbesondere Kunststoffmaterial, für Verbundprofile von Fenster- oder Türrahmen oder Fassadenkonstruktionen, der ein Trägerteil (1) mit zwei Einsteckenden (2) aufweist, wobei das Trägerteil (1) mit den beiden Einsteckenden (2) eine sich zwischen den Einsteckenden (2) erstreckende, eine im Querschnitt wannenförmige Aufnahme (3) das Trägerteil (1) aus einem ersten Material hoher Festigkeit, insbesondere Polyamid, besteht und an dem Trägerteil (1) ein zweites Material mit hoher Porosität angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die im Querschnitt wannenförmige Aufnahme (3) des Trägerteils (1) zwischen den Einsteckenden (2) vollständig mit dem zweiten Material hoher Porosität ausgefüllt ist.
- Isoliersteg (5) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die hohe Porosität bzw. Volumenvergrößerung des zweiten Materials durch chemische und/oder physikalische Nachbehandlung des zweiten Materials, insbesondere durch Aufsprühen von Wasser auf das noch nicht ausgehärtete Kunststoffmaterial erzeugt ist.
- Isoliersteg nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Trägerteil (1) und das zweite Material hoher Porosität in der wannenförmigen Aufnahme (3) durch Koextrusion erzeugt sind.
- Isoliersteg nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Trägerteil (1) und die beiden Einsteckenden (2) des Isoliersteges (5) aus dem gleichen ersten Material bestehen.
- Isoliersteg nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das zweite Material in der wannenförmigen Aufnahme (3) aus polymerem Werkstoff, insbesondere modifiziertem PPO/PA Blend besteht.
- Isoliersteg nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste und/oder zweite Material einen Glasfaseranteil enthalten.
- Isoliersteg nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er wenigstens einen Quersteg (4) aus einem Material hoher Porosität aufweist.
- Isoliersteg nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das poröse Material von Quersteg (4) und dem zweiten Material in der wannenförmigen Aufnahme (3) gleich ist.
- Isoliersteg nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Quersteg (4) und das zweite Material in der wannenförmigen Aufnahme (3) einstückig ausgebildet sind.
