Definitions
- the invention relates to a support part Glazing or a similar plate part of a component, especially a door or window frame that is a support element extending practically over the entire length has and with a flexible with respect to this support element, preferably provided plastic cover layer is.
- Such a support part is generally known. His support element is made of hard plastic and its flexible The top layer is made of soft plastic or rubber. The flexible cover layer is designed to support one a glazing builds up tension in the glass or broken glass to prevent, caused by uneven edge course in the area of the support part. Support parts and the known The support part in particular is elongated and comparatively narrowly formed, their width usual casement profiles are adapted, in particular their folding space.
- the at least one Form part of the rebate area is a special one Design in the area of door and window frame construction by increasing the number of profile chambers across Frame part marked.
- a special design draws is characterized in that a frame or a frame spar in sandwich construction is formed, namely with an outer shell, an inner shell and one arranged between the two shells Thermal insulation layer that connects both shells.
- the insulation layer is designed that it is soft compared to the shells.
- the insulation layer is therefore unable to get out of the glazing absorbing originating forces without being indented become.
- the insulation layer and one in the area of the insulation layer existing cover that prevents moisture from entering is able to prevent the insulation layer, but does not have the Load capacity of standard profiles and is in danger to be destroyed by exposure to the glazing.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of a support part with the characteristics mentioned above to improve, also to transmit large support forces, in particular on window or door frame elements that are pressure sensitive Have insulation layer.
- the above-described object is achieved in that the Support element at least in part from the load capacity of the support part elevating metal.
- the support element is at least partially made of metal, the load capacity of the support part can be increased. Nevertheless, the flexible cover layer of the support part remains and can be used depending on the application that they are supporting despite the use of the metal makes the glazing safe and / or the risk of the support part slipping reduced on the frame. The insulation layer and thus their thermal insulation function are not impaired. there can the metal in the for each application Appropriate composition and design used become.
- the support part is particularly advantageous to design the support part in such a way that the support element practically over the entire Width of the elongate support member extends.
- the support part is optimally reinforced. It can support forces to transmit evenly without it being too local congestion is coming.
- the support element is a Is metal plate.
- Metal plates are easy to manufacture and are regularly in the required thicknesses without Custom order available. They are simple edits a metal plate possible by stamping, in particular also their manufacture.
- the metal plate is a stainless steel plate is.
- Stainless steel is in contact with moisture unproblematic because no rust forms. This is also true for completely coated stainless steel plates, their coating possibly when installing or operating the support part is damaged. Furthermore, stainless steel is a comparative one poor heat conductor, so that especially in low-energy houses the thermal insulation effect of the components the facade, door or window elements are retained.
- the metal plate has a perforation.
- the perforation can have different purposes serve. For example, it can save material and weight serve if stability is otherwise guaranteed is.
- the perforation can also be used for a positive Establish connection between it and the flexible cover layer.
- a support part with the features mentioned at the beginning can also achieve the object described above be that that the support element and the top layer are separated completed and then assembled.
- This Embodiment is particularly suitable when the support element from a one that increases the load capacity of the support part Metal or any other material that has equivalent properties, namely a corresponding one Load capacity, for example through fiber reinforcement.
- such training enables To develop support parts that are part of a Systems are different from the support elements and cover layers Properties exist that can be assembled selectively are. For example, a support element with Cover layers of different properties can be combined or it becomes a cover layer with different support elements Wearing properties combined.
- the support element is a flat plate is that on both sides of the plate at least in sections is covered by the top layer.
- the Panel in the area on a side facing an insulation layer the insulation layer may be provided with a covering layer in order to to prevent the support part from slipping during a such a covering layer is missing in those areas with which the support element or the flat plate directly on one Window or door frame element should rest.
- a special design of the support part is distinguished is characterized in that the top layer in an upper shell and is divided into a lower shell, which the supporting element together envelop.
- This configuration of the support part has the advantage of a variety of training options Can be taken into account by the top shell and the Bottom shell are formed differently, if necessary with special design of the support element.
- this three-part design of the support part can be used particularly advantageously to support elements to train from different materials, in particular those made of metal or other materials used for Example by reinforcement equally suitable that Load capacity of the support part have increasing properties.
- Such an embodiment is also particularly to this suitable to use bearing elements with different properties
- the sheathing of the support element can be as desired Scope can be achieved in whole or in part. Even the lanyards all components to a support part can in particular Be trained in such a way, with special design parameters Can be taken into account.
- the support part can be designed so that the Upper shell and / or the lower shell connecting projections has / have which engage in holes in the support element. Holes or other recesses in the support element can be used as coupling counter elements for the connecting projections serve.
- connection projections and the coupling counter elements can be quite different.
- expedient is to design the support part so that the one the shells of the support part formed connecting projections reach through at least some holes of the support element and if necessary in recesses of the other the Engage the shells of the support part. If the connection protrusions reach through the holes of the support element, fill them their volume completely and thus lead to a high connection security.
- the form fit is optimal.
- the Form-fit of all components to be connected is still improved when connecting projections of the one Engage the shell in the recesses of the other shell.
- the training can also be designed so that each of the two shells of the support part both connecting projections has, as well as recesses.
- the support part can thereby distinguish that the upper shell or the lower shell at least has a recess that serves as a free space or rest area for a connection protrusion and / or for receiving Spray compound of the other bowl is used.
- the recesses of the Shells can be formed if necessary, in particular as open spaces or connecting spaces. For example, a connecting protrusion with the metal Penetration through the metal a free space in the locking neighboring shell.
- the recess can also serve the locking with a connecting projection.
- the recesses of a bowl as receiving spaces suitable for the molding compound of the other shell, on this Way to contribute to the connection of all components. there the metal coating can be achieved to the required extent become.
- the support part advantageously designed so that the support element has holes evenly distributed over the surface of the plate can also serve the purposes described above.
- the support part can be characterized in that the Support element is completely covered by the cover layer.
- the metal is then completely against the environment what appropriate protection means.
- the complete wrapping can also mean easier handling, because it is not necessary to ensure that the support part in a predetermined installation position is to be applied so that Carrying element fulfill its predetermined design task can.
- by completely wrapping the support element achieved by the cover layer that the support part cannot slip in the rebate area.
- the flexible The cover layer has one on the glazing side and also on the frame side high coefficient of friction, which prevents slipping.
- the support member can also be designed so that the Cover layer on one side of the support element is softer than on the other hand.
- the harder part of the top layer can then with the load transfer between the support member and the Frame are used, with deformations by the Support element in the harder part of the top layer and thus in one Insulation layer does not occur, especially if this harder part transfers the load point by point.
- the softer part the cover layer can then support the glazing.
- a simplification of the production of the support part as Unit can be achieved in that a harder part the plastic top layer during manufacture the support part serves as a fixing means of the support element and a softer part of the top layer is molded.
- the support part can be a two-chamber spraying process can be applied in the first tool the harder part of the top layer is sprayed. After that the harder part is placed in a second tool, together with a support element. Then the softer part molded the top layer, which is in particular with the Harder part of the top layer also made of plastic connects indissolubly.
- the support member can also be designed so that the Upper shell and / or the lower shell as the supporting element flat trough is / are formed. If both Shells are shaped like a trough, they have expediently trough edges of the same height for enclosing the support element or a metal plate. Otherwise the one bowl acts as a lid the other.
- the slip resistance of the support part can still be changed be increased that the top layer with in the millimeter range lying transverse grooves on both sides of the support part is provided.
- a special feature of the support part can be that the support element from a variety itself across the Width of the elongate support member extending individual elements consists.
- Such individual elements are pins and rods, which is practically the entire width of the elongated support part can extend. They take over in their entirety the load resulting from glazing, for example and distribute them on the support surface of the component in terms of a desired reinforcement.
- the support part becomes the latter in mechanical and thermal insulation Terms to a critical part. It is therefore advantageous if the support part with the features of a or more of claims 1 to 18 is formed. In these Measures are described with which the support part mechanically and also thermally advantageous can be designed.
- the aforementioned direct transfer of force from the metal a support part on or in the outer shell and in the inner shell is achieved in that the flexible cover layer of a support part provided on one side only with such a support part is arranged on the glazing side.
- the component can also be designed so that between the support part and the glazing another support part is arranged. This way you can choose between the Glazing and the load-bearing frame larger distances be bridged.
- the support part then has the function a glazing rebate insert to support the further support part, its thickness according to the respective requirements can be chosen larger or smaller.
- the component is designed so that the further support part is arranged on a cover layer of the support part.
- the high coefficient of friction of the cover layer of the support part prevents the further support part from slipping, especially if this is also preferably made with one Plastic existing flexible cover layer is provided, which consists for example of tetrapolyethylene TPE.
- the frame spar or the window frame element formed with it consists essentially of an outer shell 21, an inner shell 23 and an insulating layer connecting both 24.
- Both shells 21, 23 are in the thermal insulation direction 22 formed multi-chamber, namely double chamber. That increases the thermal resistance and in particular enables to produce stable frame spars with great depths, so with large dimensions in the direction of heat transfer.
- the two Shells 21, 23 are made with a polyurethane core, which is the Insulation layer 24 forms a fixed bond.
- the component 20 serves to accommodate glazing 11, for the purpose of increasing the thermal resistance is designed in a known manner, namely with a single glass pane arranged inside the room 11 'and a double glass pane arranged on the outside of the room 11 '' by a spacer 11 '' 'at a distance are held and form a structural unit with this.
- This glazing 11 is with a support part 10 on the component 20 supported and on the outside by a frame rollover 21 'of the outer shell supported by a seal 25, while a support is provided on the inside of the window a glass retaining strip 26 and a seal 27, wherein the glass holding strip 26 is detachably connected to the inner shell 23 is, for example by locking, around the glazing 11 to be able to remove and install.
- the peculiarity of the support part 10 can be seen in that it has a special support element 12.
- the support element 12 extends practically over the entire area according to FIG Width and length of this elongated support member 10 and bridges the insulation layer 24 so that there is a longitudinal edge 10 'of the support member 10 on the outer shell 21 and one Longitudinal edge 10 ′′ of the support part 10 on the inner shell 23 supported.
- the support member 10 is not loaded and the insulation layer 24 can in the case of a soft and thus not viable design not to be squeezed.
- the support element 10 is, for example a metal plate, especially a stainless steel plate, which is not susceptible to rusting. Such one Rusting should be feared if the support element 12 would be undressed, namely undressed by a cover layer 14th
- FIG. 2b Complete clothing of the support element 12 or Wrapping by a cover layer 14 is in Figures 2a to 2b shown.
- Fig. 2b in particular shows that the cover layer Has transverse grooves 15. These are in the millimeter range and are on the one hand an adjustment for better support the glazing 11, but also serve to increase the other hand a security against slipping of the support part 10.
- the cover layer Has transverse grooves 15.
- These are in the millimeter range and are on the one hand an adjustment for better support the glazing 11, but also serve to increase the other hand a security against slipping of the support part 10.
- the support element 12 which is designed as a metal plate can be perforated.
- Fig.2c shows evenly over the plate surface distributed holes 13, namely one of the Longitudinal edge 10 'adjacent top row of four holes and a row of likewise adjacent to the lower longitudinal edge 10 ′′ four holes.
- the holes can save material and weight serve, but are primarily intended that the areas of the top layer 14, each on each Side of the support member 12 are connected to each other are, so that the connection stability of the support part 10 is improved.
- the Cover layer 14 usually consists of a plastic.
- the supporting element 12 is extrusion-coated with the plastic, whereby the holes 13 are filled and so the top and bottom the cover layer 14 are connected to each other.
- Such a design of the support part 10 takes place in particular with a coating with a soft plastic, so that a flexible cover layer 14 is formed, for example consists of tetrapolyethylene TPE.
- the support element 12 is encased by two individual components, namely by an upper shell 14 'and a lower shell 14' '.
- This Training of the support member 10 is useful when the support member 12 should not be overmolded, what previous insertion and positioning the support element as a prerequisite has, but if the support member 10 from prefabricated components to be assembled.
- the upper shell 14 ' is a flat plate which is provided on the outside with transverse grooves 15 and on the support element side Has connecting projections 16, which are arranged are that they engage in the holes 13 of the support member 12 can.
- the lower shell 14 '' is also provided with connecting projections 16 provided which can engage in the holes 13.
- connection tabs 16 are as long as the support element is thick.
- the thickness of the Support element 12 also determines the board or the thickness of the Trogrands 29 of the lower shell designed as a flat trough 14 ''.
- the upper shell 14 ' closes the lower shell 14' ' Cover.
- the above-described embodiment of the support part is required to produce the shells 14 ', 14' 'different Mold cavities for production by injection molding.
- Both shells 14 ', 14' ' are therefore flat troughs, the trough walls 30 of which are only are half as high as the support element 12 is thick.
- connecting projections 16 are provided, which engage in holes 13 of the support member 12. The Projections completely penetrate the holes 13 and grip in addition, in recesses 17 of the other shell 14 '' or 14, which improves connection security leads.
- connection projections 16 so that each pair of holes of the support member 12 assigned only a single connection projection 16 is, but with the connecting projections 16 of the two Shells 14 ', 14' 'complete so that all holes 13 of the support element 12 are enforced.
- FIGS. 5a to 5c and 6a, 6b Special configurations of the connecting projections 16 and the shells 14 ', 14 "in FIGS. 5a to 5c and 6a, 6b explained.
- Fig.5a leaves the trough-like training the upper shell 14 'recognize with a height of the trough edge 30, which corresponds to half the thickness of the support element 12.
- a connecting projection 16 is formed so long that it passes through the support member 12 and into a recess 17 engages, which is shown in Fig.5a as a blind hole.
- the Completed support part 10 is therefore of a handsome exterior, namely such that the connecting means of the support part 10 are not recognizable.
- connection projection 16 is comparatively short and with a ring collar 16 ' formed which engages behind the support member 12 so that a firm connection between the lower shell 14 '' and the support element 12 is produced.
- the connection between the Upper shell 14 'and the support element 12 in Fig.6a is by other, not shown identically formed connecting projections 16 made.
- the connection projection is longer and protrudes into a recess 17 of the upper shell 14 '. This recess 17 is provided with an undercut so that an annular collar 16 ' of the connecting projection 16 engage behind the undercut and thus the upper shell 14 'in relation to the support element 12 can fix.
- Cover layer 14 of the support part 10 has about what has been described also the advantage that the shells 14 ', 14' 'from different Materials can be manufactured.
- the softer part of the cover layer 14 as a fixing means of the support element 12 formed and injection molded onto the lower shell 14 ''. If one of the two shells is harder than that others, the harder shell could rest on the outer shell 21 or used on the inner shell 23 while the other shell, namely the upper shell 14 'on the glazing side is used.
