Claims (7)
- Rippe für einen Wärmeübertrager, der einen aus Rohren und quer zu diesen verlaufenden Rippen zusammengesetzten Rippen/Rohrblock aufweist, mit mehreren Durchzügen, die im zusammengefügten Zustand des Rippen/Rohrblockes die Rohre aufnehmen, wobei jeder Durchzug Abstandshalter für eine der Rippenteilung entsprechende, gleichmäßige Positionierung zu der jeweils benachbarten Rippe aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß jeder Durchzug (3, 3a) mit wenigstens einem rechtwinklig zu einer Durchzugsachse nach außen abgewinkelten und zumindest teilweise unlaufenden Stützrand (6, 6a) versehen ist, der eine ebene Auflagefläche für die benachbarte Rippe (1, 1a) bildet. - Rippe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der wenigstens eine Stützrand (6a) mit wenigstens einer koplanar nach außen abragenden, ohrenartigen Lasche (10) versehen ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Rippendurchzügen in Rippen für Wärmeübertrager nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 oder nach Anspruch 1, wobei aus einem ebenen Rippenblech durch Umformen jeweils ein den Durchzug bildender Kragen ausgestellt wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zunächst in das ebene Rippenblech (2, 2a) wenigstens ein Trennschnitt (8, 8a) eingebracht wird, und daß anschließend die durch den Trennschnitt (8, 8a) gebildeten Schnittränder mit den Nasen (7, 7a) versehen und zu dem Kragen (9, 9a) umgeformt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schnittränder mit als Abstandshalter dienenden Nasen (7, 7a) versehen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Trennschnitt (8, 8a) an seinen gegenüberliegenden Enden unter Bildung von ohrenartigen Laschen (10) gekrümmt gestaltet wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß gleichzeitig mit der Prägung der Nasen (7, 7a) eine Aufweitung der Schnittränder unter Bildung von wenigstens einem Stützrand (6, 6a) erfolgt, und daß durch eine weitere Umformung der Kragen (9, 9a) - in Umformrichtung gesehen - hinter dem Stützrand (6, 6a) gebildet wird, wobei der Stützrand (6, 6a) zu dem Kragen (9, 9a) rechtwinklig ausgerichtet ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kragen (9, 9a) in zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Arbeitsschritten fertiggestellt wird, wobei bei dem ersten Schritt eine Schrägstellung des Kragens (9, 9a) relativ zum Rippenblech (2, 2a) und beim zweiten Schritt die Umbiegung zu der rechtwinklig vom Rippenblech (2, 2a) abgestellten Endposition erfolgen.
