Abstract

Eine Vorrichtung zur Regelung des Kühlwasserkreislaufes für einen Verbrennungsmotor ist mit einem Kühler (12), einem Heizungs-Wärmetauscher (10), mit einer Wasserpumpe (4) und mit einem Thermostatventil (5), das in der Warmlaufphase des Motors oder bei niedrigen Motortemperaturen zwei Kreisläufe ermöglicht, wobei ein Kreislauf zur Kühlung des Motors über eine Bypass-Leitung (7) und ein zweiter Kreislauf zum Heizungs-Wärmetauscher (10) über eine Heizleitung (8) vorgesehen ist, versehen. In der Bypass-Leitung (7) ist ein motordrehzahlabhängig geregeltes Differenzdruckventil (14) angeordnet, wobei in der Warmlaufphase oder in der Phase mit niedriger Motortemperatur bei niedrigen Drehzahlen des Motors die Bypassleitung (7) gesperrt und das gesamte Kühlwasser über die Heizleitung geführt ist und wobei bei höheren Drehzahlen das Differenzdruckventil (14) öffnet und die Bypass-Leitung (7) freigibt, wobei eine mengenmäßige Aufteilung des Kühlwassers in Abhängigkeit von der Auslegung des Differenzdruckventiles (14) über die Bypass-Leitung (7) und die Heizleitung (8) erfolgt.
