Description
Claims (7)
- Verfahren zur Verringerung der Haftung einer feuchten Papier-, Textil- oder anderen Faserstoffbahn (1) an einer rotierenden Walze (4), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zwischen der Walze (4) und der Faserstoffbahn (1) ein Dampfpolster erzeugt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadruch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Walze (4) auf eine höhere als für die Trocknung oder Entwässerung der Faserstoffbahn (1) notwendige Temperatur beheizt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Oberfläche der Walze (4) auf eine Temperatur von über 120 °C aufgeheizt wird. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
in den Einlaufspalt zwischen der Walze (4) und der Faserstoffbahn (1) Dampf eingeblasen wird. - Anwendung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Temperatur der Faserstoffbahn (1) unter 70 °C liegt. - Anwendung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Trockengehalt der Faserstoffbahn (1) unter 60 % liegt. - Anwendungx des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 5 oder 6 in einer Pressenpartie zur Entwässerung oder einer Trockenpartie zur Trocknung der Faserstoffbahn (1).
