Abstract
Description
Durch die Erkenntnis, daß Legierungen mit einem Kupferäquivalent in einem Bereich wie MS 63, jedoch in Gegensatz zu diesem mit Legierungszusätzen und Verunreinigungen, in etwa ähnliche Kaltumformungseigenschaften wie MS 63 aufweisen, wird eine neue Möglichkeit geschaffen, geeignete Werkstoffe für Sanitärrohre zu einem deutlich günstigeren Preis wie MS 63 anzubieten.
Claims (3)
- Verwendung einer Messinglegierung hoher Kaltumformbarkeit für Sanitärrohre bestehend aus 60,5 - 63,2 % Cu, 2 % - 3,7 % Pb, Rest Zu, zuzüglich üblicher Verunreinigungen, wobei das wirksame Kupferäquivalent 63 % - 64,5 % Cu beträgt.
- Verwendung einer Legierung gemäß Anspruch 1,
welche als Verunreinigung bis zu 0,35 % Fe enthält. - Verwendung einer Legierung gemäß Anspruch 1,
welche zusätzlich 0,02 - 0,2 % As oder P enthält.
