Claims (15)
- Trag- und Befestigungsvorrichtung zum Befestigen eines Rahmens (1) eines Fensters oder einer Tür in einer Wandöffnung eines Gebäudes, umfassend mindestens ein zumindest bereichsweise am Außenumfang des Rahmens (1) vorzusehendes und befestigbares Aufnahmeprofil (2, 2a) mit einer auf der dem Rahmen (1) abgewandten Seite des Aufnahmeprofils ausgebildeten und in Längserstreckung desselben verlaufenden offenen im Querschnitt betrachtet etwa halbkreisförmigen Aufnahmenut (20) und in der Wand der Wandöffnung befestigbare Sockel (4) und jedem Sockel zugeordnet einen Kugelbolzen (3) mit einem Kugelkopf (32) und einem Schraubschaft (30), wobei der Kugelbolzen (3) mit dem Schraubschaft (30) in den Sockel (4) einschraubbar und mit dem Kugelkopf (32) in die Aufnahmenut (20) des Aufnahmeprofiles (2, 2a) einsteckbar ist und durch Verändern der Einschraubtiefe des in dem Aufnahmeprofil (2, 2a) am Rahmen (1) geführten Kugelbolzens (3) in den Sockel (4) der Abstand des Rahmens von der Wandöffnung einstellbar ist.
- Trag- und Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kugelkopf (32) des Kugelbolzens (2) in der Aufnahmenut (22) des Aufnahmeprofiles (2, 2a)) gelenkig geführt ist.
- Trag- und Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem von dem unteren horizontalen Querholm (1a) des Rahmens gebildeten Außenumfang das Aufnahmeprofil (2) vorgesehen ist und das am unteren Querholm (1a) befestigbare Aufnahmeprofil (2) eine der Länge (L) des Querholmes (1a) des Rahmens (1) der Fenster oder Tür entsprechende Länge aufweist.
- Trag- und Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kugelbolzen (3) zwischen dem Kugelkopf und dem Schraubschaft einen Verbindungsbereich (31) aufweist, der mit Mitteln zum Angriff eines Drehwerkzeuges ausgebildet ist.
- Trag- und Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sockel (4) eine Auflagefläche (40) mit mindestens einer Befestigungsbohrung (45) zum Auflegen und Befestigen des Sockels (4) auf der Wand und ein über die Auflagefläche in Richtung auf das Aufnahmeprofil (2, 2a) vorstehendes Einschraubteil (43) mit einer Gewindebohrung (44) für das Einschrauben des Kugelbolzens (3) aufweist.
- Trag- und Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Stützbock (6) mit einem Stützfuß (60) und einem von dem Stützfuß abgehenden Auflageschenkel (65) vorgesehen ist und mittels des Auflageschenkels (65) in eine an dem Aufnahmeprofil (2, 2a) ausgebildete Einstecknut (22) schwenkbar einsteckbar und mittels des Stützfußes (60) an der Wand bzw. dem Sockel (4) abstützbar ist.
- Trag- und Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stützfuß (60) des Stützbockes (6) des an seinem abstützbaren Ende mit einer ein- und ausschraubbaren Justierschraube (620) versehen ist, mittels derer die Länge des Stützfußes (60) veränderbar ist, und die Position des in die Einstecknut (22) des Aufnahmeprofils (2, 2a) eingesteckten Auflageschenkels (65) veränderbar ist.
- Trag- und Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Sockel (4) im Bereich des dem Einschraubteil (43) abgewandten Endes mit einem von der Auflagefläche (40) abstehenden Befestigungsschenkel (42) ausgebildet ist, der mit dem Stützfuß (60) des Stützbockes (6) verbindbar ist.
- Trag- und Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an jedem eine Seite des Rahmens (1) bildenden Holm mindestens ein Aufnahmeprofil (2) mit mindestens zwei einzustellenden Kugelbolzen (3) oder mindestens zwei Aufnahmeprofile (2a) mit je einem Kugelbolzen (3) befestigt sind.
- Trag- und Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Auflageschenkel (65) des Stützbockes als Auflage für eine Fensterbank (91) oder ein Wandabschlußprofil (800) vorgesehen ist.
- Trag- und Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Wandabschlußprofil (800) mit einem von zwei Schenkeln (830, 840) gebildeten etwa L-förmigen Querschnitt vorgesehen ist, welches auf den Stützbock (6) aufsetzbar ist und mit am Ende eines Schenkels (830) am Rahmen (1) und mit dem Ende des anderen Schenkels (840) an der Wand befestigbar ist.
- Trag- und Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein im Querschnitt betrachtet etwa L-förmiges Schiebeteil (8) mit einem Aufschubschenkel (83) und einem Anschlußschenkel (82) vorgesehen ist und das Schiebeteil (8) mit seinem Aufschubschenkel (83) auf den Auflageschenkel (65) des Stützbockes (6) aufschiebbar ist und von dem Auflageschenkel (65) und dem Aufschubschenkel (83) ein Auflagebereich für eine Fensterbank (91) gebildet wird und die Tiefe (T) des Auflagebereiches mittels Variation der Aufschubtiefe des Schiebeteiles (8) auf den Stützbock (6) einstellbar ist.
- Trag- und Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Aufschubschenkel (83) und/oder der Auflageschenkel (65) an ihren einander zugewandten Seitenflächen mit Rastmitteln zum gegenseitigen Verrasten in der aufgeschobenen Position ausgebildet sind.
- Trag- und Befestigungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der dem Aufschubschenkel (83) abgewandten Seite des Anschlußschenkels (82) des Schiebeteils (8) eine nach unten offene Nut (81) ausgebildet ist, in die eine Abschlußplatte (90) für einen raumseitigen Wandabschluß einführbar ist.
- Trag- und Befestigungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aufnahmeprofil (2, 2a) auf seiner dem Rahmen (1) zugewandten Seite mit vorstehenden Rastfüßen (21) ausgebildet ist, die in entsprechend ausgebildete hinterschnittene Nuten (11) des Rahmens (1) einrastbar sind.
