- Einrichtung zur Verarbeitung von Materiallagen, wie Stapelschichten (3) aus Papier, palettenartigen Tragschichten (2) o. dgl., die voneinander abgekehrte sowie quer zueinander liegende Kantenflächen (5 bis 8 bzw. 13 bis 16) und eine Materialebene (17) definieren, mit einem Grundgestell (22) sowie einer Tischanordnung mit mindestens einem Lagentisch (23), dessen Tischfläche (18) zur gestapelten Aufnahme der Materiallagen oder dergleichen eine Tischebene (19) definiert und der ggf.im Bereich einer Stapelstation (20, 21) quer zur Tischebene (19) verfahrbar gelagert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Ausrichtmittel (30) zur genauen Ausrichtung der Materiallagen (2, 3) gegenüber der Tischfläche (18) in der Stapelstation (20, 21) oder dergleichen vorgesehen sind und ggf. einander gegenüberliegende Ausrichtglieder, wie Ausricht-Anschläge (31, 34, 35, 37, 38) umfassen, von denen mindestens eines als angetriebener Schieber (35) für die Materiallagen (2, 3) stufenlos verstellbar sein kann.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Stapelung der Materiallagen über eine Stapelhöhe mindestens ein Anschlag (34, 35, 37, 38) quer zur Tischebene (19) gegenüber der Tischfläche (18) annähernd gleichlaufend mit der Änderung der Stapelhöhe bewegbar sowie aufeinanderfolgend gegen unterschiedlich von der Tischfläche (18) entfernte Stapelschichten (2, 3) schiebend bewegbar ist, daß insbesondere der Lagentisch (23) quer zur Tischebene (19) gegenüber dem Grundgestell (22) und dem Anschlag (34, 35, 37, 38) verfahrbar gelagert ist und daß vorzugsweise der Anschlag (34, 35) in einer Anschlaglagerung (44, 47) gehaltert ist, die gegenüber dem Grundgestell (22) feststehend ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei erste und zweite Materiallagen (2, 3) so gestapelt werden, daß sie im Stapel (4) in Ansicht auf die Material- bzw. Tischebene (17, 19) gegeneinander versetzte erste und zweite Kantenflächen (7, 13 bzw. 8, 14) bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Anschlag (34, 35) sowohl für die erste als auch für die zweite Kantenfläche (7, 13 bzw. 8, 14) vorgesehen und quer zu diesen Kantenflächen von einer ersten in eine zweite Anschlagstellung bewegbar ist, daß insbesondere der Anschlag (34) in mindestens einer Anschlagstellung formschlüssig festgelegt ist und daß vorzugsweise der Anschlag (34) eine Gleitfläche zur gleitenden Verschiebung an den Kantenflächen (7, 13) aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß gesonderte Anschläge (36; 34, 35) zur Vorausrichtung und zur Fertigausrichtung der Materiallagen in derselben Richtung (12 bzw. 11) vorgesehen sind, von denen einer zur Vorausrichtung für die Materiallagen (2, 3) vor deren Abstützung an der Tischfläche (18) als der Tischfläche (18) gegenüberliegender Auflaufanschlag (36) und ein weiterer als zur Fertigausrichtung gegenüber dem Auflaufanschlag (36) zurückversetzter Gegenanschlag (34) für einen Schieber (35) vorgesehen ist, daß insbesondere der Auflaufanschlag (36) in einem gegenüber der Tischfläche (18) mit Abstand gegenüberliegenden Zuführweg für die Materiallagen (3) und der Gegenanschlag (34) näher bei der Tischebene (19) als der Auflaufanschlag (36) liegt und daß vorzugsweise der am Grundgestell (22) gelagerte Gegenanschlag (34) in eine gemeinsame Anschlagstellung mit einem Tischanschlag (33) überführbar ist, welcher mit dem Lagentisch (23) quer zur Tischebene (19) verfahrbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Anschlag (34 bis 38) an einem frei gegen die Tischfläche (18) vorstehenden Anschlagträger (46, 48) befestigt ist und näher bei der Tischebene (19) als die Verbindung des Anschlagträgers mit dem Grundgestell (22) liegt, daß insbesondere die Anschläge (34 bis 38) hängend an Anschlagführungen (44, 47, 49) des Grundgestells (22) gelagert sind und daß vorzugsweise einander gegenüberliegende Anschläge (31; 34, 35; 37, 38) mit gesonderten Anschlag-Antrieben (43, 45, 47) bzw. Anschlagführungen (44, 47) bewegbar sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Lagentisch (23) durch einen Fördertisch, wie einen Förderband-Tisch, gebildet sowie gegenüber dem Grundgestell mit einem Hubantrieb (28) stufenlos heb- und senkbar ist, daß insbesondere der Lagentisch (23) in einer unteren Stellung zur Aufnahme der Tragschicht (2) und in einer höchsten Stellung zur Aufnahme einer ersten Stapelschicht (3) auf der Tragschicht (2) angeordnet ist und daß vorzugsweise in der höchsten Stellung die Tragschicht (2) zwischen den Anschlägen (34, 35; 37, 38) sowie in darunterliegenden Stellungen die Tragschicht (2) tiefer als die Anschläge (34, 35; 37, 38) liegt.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Zuführung der Stapelschichten (3) auf den Lagentisch (23) ein Stapelförderer (50), wie ein unter dem Lagentisch (23) zurückgeführtes Lochband mit Tragkörpern (51) und zwischen diesen liegenden Abgabelücken (53) für den Durchtritt der Stapelschichten (3), vorgesehen ist, dessen Förderebene (10) der Tischfläche (18) etwa parallel gegenüber liegt, daß insbesondere im Förderweg des Stapelförderers (50) der Auflaufanschlag (36) sowie unter dem Förderweg der Gegenanschlag (34) und der Schieber (35) liegen und daß vorzugsweise in Draufsicht der die Tischfläche (18) überdeckende Stapelförderer (50) im wesentlichen nur im Bereich des Lagentisches (23) vorgesehen sowie an einem gesondert antreibbaren Übergabeförderer (63) angeschlossen ist, von welchem die Stapelschichten (3) unmittelbar an den Stapelförderer (50) annähernd ebenenkonstant übergeben werden.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Zuführung der Tragschicht (2) auf den Lagentisch (23) ein Anförderer (61), wie ein in einer Hubstellung unmittelbar an den Lagentisch (23) annähernd ebenengleich angeschlossenes Anförderband, vorgesehen ist, daß insbesondere die Förderrichtung (11) des Anförderers (61) bzw. des Lagentisches (23) annähernd rechtwinklig quer zur etwa ebenenparallelen Zuführrichtung (12) des darüber liegenden Stapelförderers (50) liegt und daß vorzugsweise zur Abführung des Stapels (4) von dem Lagentisch (23) ein Abförderer (64), wie ein annähernd ebenengleich zum Anförderer (61) und in Draufsicht diesem gegenüberliegendes Abförderband, vorgesehen ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tischanordnung zwei benachbarte gesonderte Tischflächen (18) zur wahlweisen Aufnahme der Materiallagen (2, 3) umfaßt, daS insbesondere die Tischflächen (18) durch gesondert antreibbare Lagentische (23) gebildet sind, die in Zuführrichtung (11) der Stapelschichten (3) unmittelbar hintereinander liegen und wahlweise vom selben Stapelförderer (50) beschickt werden und daß vorzugsweise mindestens ein der stromaufwärts liegenden Tischfläche (18) zugeordneter Anschlag (36) aus dem Bewegungsweg der vom Stapelförderer (50) geförderten Stapelschichten (3) bewegbar ist.
- Verfahren zur Verarbeitung von Material, wie Stapelschichten aus Papier, Tragschichten (2) o. dgl., bei welchem auf einer Tischfläche (18) zuerst eine Tragschicht (2 bzw. 3) und auf dieser dann die Stapelschichten (3) abgelegt sowie jeweils zur Tragschicht (2, 3) kantenversetzt ausgerichtet und zu einem Stapel (4) geformt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragschicht (2, 3) an quer zueinander liegenden Kantenflächen (5 bis 8) und gegenüber der Tischfläche (18) gleitend ausgerichtet wird, daß dann auf der ausgerichteten Tragschicht (2) eine erste untere Stapellage aus mindestens einer Stapelschicht (3) vorausgerichtet abgelegt sowie vor Auflegen einer folgenden Stapellage durch Verschieben auf der Tragschicht (2) an zwei quer zueinander liegenden Kantenflächen (13 bis 16) gegenüber der Tragschicht (2) kantenversetzt fertig ausgerichtet wird und daß dann auf der unteren Stapellage die folgende Stapellage vorausgerichtet abgelegt und wie die untere Stapellage, jedoch auf dieser gleitend, fertig ausgerichtet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tischfläche (18) nach dem vorausgerichteten Ablegen der jeweiligen Stapellage ausschließlich quer zur Tischebene (19) bewegt bzw. abgesenkt, dann festgesetzt und diese Stapellage dann erst fertig ausgerichtet wird, daß insbesondere die Stapellage beim Fertigausrichten gleichgerichtet bzw. gleichzeitig mit der Zuführung der folgenden Stapellage (3) bewegt wird und daß vorzugsweise die Tischfläche (18) ab dem Ablegen der ersten unteren Stapellage auf der Tragschicht (2) bis zur Entfernung des fertigen Stapels (4) nur abgesenkt und nicht angehoben wird.
