Claims (14)
- Vorrichtung (5) zum Anbringen von Etiketten (30) auf konische Flächen von Gegenständen (2), insbesondere Becher oder dgl., mit einer umlaufend antreibbaren Transfertrommel (33), an deren Umfang Haltemittel (36) zum Aufnehmen von durch eine Zuführstation (40) zugeführten Etiketten (30) und Übergeben auf die konischen Flächen der Gegenstände angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltemittel (36) quer zur Umlaufebene (E) der Transfertrommel (33) bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Etikett (30) an der Zuführstation (40) einem Haltemittel (36) der Transfertrommel (33) so zugeführt wird, dass die vorlaufende Etikettenkante (30a) mit der Drehachse (35) der Transfertrommel (33) in einer gemeinsamen Ebene liegt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Etiketten (30) von einem antreibbaren, um eine Spendekante (32) herumführbaren Trägerband (31) der Zuführstation (40) zugeleitet werden und die Spendekante derart mit einem bestimmten Winkel (α) geneigt an der Mantelfläche (37) der Transfertrommel (33) angeordnet ist, dass die vorlaufende Kante (30a) eines sich an der Spendekante vom Trägerband ablösenden Etiketts mit der Drehachse (35) der Transfertrommel in einer gemeinsamen Ebene liegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltemittel (36) durch eine Steuereinrichtung (38, 39), vorzugsweise eine ortsfeste Steuerkurve (38) in der Transfertrommel (33), in Abhängigkeit der Drehstellung der Transfertrommel quer zu deren Umlaufebene (E) positionierbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuereinrichtung (38, 39) so ausgebildet ist, dass während dem Abspenden eines Etiketts (30) vom Trägerband (31) auf die Transfertrommel (33) zwischen den Haltemitteln (36) und dem Etikett (30) und während der nachfolgenden Übergabe von den Haltemitteln (36) auf einen Gegenstand (2) zwischen dem Etikett und dem Gegenstand keine Relativbewegung auftritt.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorlaufende Etikettenkante (30a) auf dem Weg von der Zuführstation (40) bis zur Übergabe auf die konische Fläche eines Gegenstandes (2) in einer gemeinsamen Ebene mit der Drehachse (35) der Transfertrommel (33) liegt, die sich um die Drehachse (35) dreht, und dass die vorlaufende Kante (30a) des Etiketts (30) beim Anbringen an einem Gegenstand (2) in einer gemeinsamen Ebene mit der Krümmungsmittelpunktsachse (2') der konischen Fläche des Gegenstands (2) liegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltemittel (36) als Vakuumleisten (34) ausgebildet und in der Mantelfläche (37) der Transfertrommel (33) quer zu deren Umlaufebene (E) verschiebbar gelagert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Mantelfläche (37) der Transfertrommel (33) konisch ausgebildet ist, insbesondere in Abhängigkeit der Konizität des zu etikettierenden Gegenstandes (2).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zu etikettierenden Gegenstände (2) von einem Förderer (3) kontinuierlich an der Transfertrommel (33) vorbeigeführt werden und die Transfertrommel stellungsgerecht synchron zum Förderer antreibbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Förderer als Drehtisch (3) ausgebildet ist und die Gegenstände (2) mit der Krümmungsmittelpunktsachse (2') ihrer konischen Fläche parallel zur Drehachse des Drehtisches (3) ausgerichtet an der Transfertrommel (33) vorbeigeführt werden, wobei die Drehachse (35) der Transfertrommel (33) zu den Gegenständen (2) geneigt angeordnet ist, so dass beim Passieren eines Gegenstandes (2) eine Linienberührung mit einem auf der Transfertrommel gehaltenen Etikett vorhanden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transfertrommel (33) und/oder die Steuereinrichtung (38) auswechselbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Neigungswinkel (α) der Trägerbandlaufrichtung (L) und/oder der Spendekante (32) relativ zur Umlaufebene (E) der Transfertrommel (33) verstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 3 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Symmetrieachse (30b) der Etiketten (30) auf dem Trägerband (31) rechtwinklig zur Laufrichtung (L) des Trägerbandes (31) ausgerichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 8 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorschubgeschwindigkeit des Trägerbandes (31) im Moment der Etikettenübergabe auf die Transfertrommel (33) annähernd der Umlaufgeschwindigkeit des mittleren Durchmessers der Transfertrommel entspricht.
