Claims (14)
- Etikettiermaschine für offene Behälter, insbesondere Becher, mit einem Drehtisch, der am Umfang mehrere parallel zu seiner Drehachse gesteuert drehbare Dorneaufweist, sowie mit mindestens einer Etikettiervorrichtung für die auf den Dornen steckenden Behälter, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedem Dorn (4) eine Aufnahme (6) für den Rand des offenen Behälters zugeordnet ist und die Dorne (4) und die Aufnahmen (6) relativ zueinander gesteuert axial verschiebbar sind, derart, dass die Dorne (4) unter die Aufnahmen (6) absenkbar und über die Aufnahmen (6) anhebbar sind.
- Etikettiermaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drehtisch (3) und die Dorne (4) im wesentlichen senkrechte Drehachsen aufweisen.
- Etikettiermaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmen (6) ringförmig ausgebildet und konzentrisch zu den Dornen (4) angeordnet sind.
- Etikettiermaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmen (6) an ihrem äußeren Bereich Zentrierflächen (7) für den äußeren Rand der Behälter aufweisen.
- Etikettiermaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmen (6) höhenfest und die Dorne (4) höhenbeweglich am Drehtisch (3) angeordnet sind.
- Etikettiermaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dorne (4) vollständig unter die Aufnahmen (6) absenkbar sind.
- Etikettiermaschine nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dorne (4) vollständig über die Aufnahmen (6) anhebbar sind.
- Etikettiermaschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dorne (4) soweit anhebbar sind, daß die Behälter von den Aufnahmen (6) abheben.
- Etikettiermaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dorne (4) im Einlaufbereich und/oder Auslaufbereich des Drehtisches (3) vollständig abgesenkt und im Bereich der Etikettiervorrichtung (5) vollständig angehoben sind.
- Etikettiermaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dorne (4) mit einem Hub-Drehgetriebe (9) verbunden sind.
- Etikettiermaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Drehtisch (3) ein synchron antreibbarer Einlaufstern (10) mit einer in der Transportebene der Aufnahmen (6) liegenden Gleitfläche (11) und/oder ein synchron antreibbarer Auslaufstern (12) mit einer in der Transportebene der Aufnahmen (6) liegenden Gleitfläche (13) zugeordnet ist.
- Etikettiermaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dorne (4) mit Öffnungen (14) für Vakuum und/oder Druckluft versehen sind.
- Etikettiermaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Hub-Drehgetriebe (9) eine erste Kurvensteuerung (15) für die Drehbewegung und eine zweite Kurvensteuerung (16) für die Hubbewegung der Dorne (4) aufweist.
- Etikettiermaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß über dem Einlaufstern (10) eine Zuteilvorrichtung (23) für mit ihrer Öffnung nach unten weisende Behälter angeordnet ist, die synchron zum Einlaufstern (10) antreibbar ist.
