Description
Claims (7)
- Haubenofen, insbesondere zum Glühen von Stahlblechbunden unter Schutzgas mit einer Schutzhaube (1), die die Stahlblechbunde umgibt,
mit einer Kühlhaube (2), die unter Bildung eines Zwischenraumes (3) die Schutzhaube (1) konzentrisch umgibt und die einen Kühlhaubenmantel und eine Kühlhaubendecke (5) aufweist, wobei die Kühlhaube (2) mit einer Vielzahl von Luftdüsen (7) versehen ist, derart, daß Kühlluft in Form von Prallstrahlen auf die Schutzhaube auftrifft, und mit mindestens einem Ventilator (6) zur Erzeugung einer Kühlluft-Strömung im Zwischenraum (3),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der Düsenabstand (a) der Luftdüsen (7) im Kühlhaubenmantel von unten nach oben vergrößert, wobei der Düsenabstand (a) das 4- bis 12fache des Düsendurchmessers (d) beträgt, und daß der Düsenabstand (a) der Luftdüsen (7) in der Kühlhaubendecke das 4- bis 7fache des Düsendurchmessers (d) beträgt. - Haubenofen nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der Düsenabstand (a) der Luftdüsen (7) des Kühlhaubenmantels (4) von unten nach oben kontinuierlich vergrößert. - Haubenöfen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge der Luftdüsen (7) des Kühlhaubenmantels das 5- bis 7fache des Düsendurchmessers (d) beträgt. - Haubenofen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Eintrittsöffnung der Luftdüsen (7) abgerundet ist. - Haubenofen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Betriel die Geschwindigkeit der Kühlluft in den Luftdüsen (7) zwischen ca. 10 bis 40 m/s, vorzugsweise 15 bis 30 m/s beträgt. - Haubenofen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Betriel die Geschwindigkeit der Kühlluft in den Luftdüsen (7) mindestens das 3-fache der Geschwindigkeitströmung der Kühlluft im Zwischenraum (3) beträgt. - Haubenofen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der obere Teil der Kühlhaube (2) einen größeren Außendurchmesser aufweist als der untere Teil.
