Claims (14)
- Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Folienbahn (10) für eine Faltpackung aus folienartigem Material,bei der die eine bestimmte Breite aufweisende Folienbahn (10) um ein zu verpackendes Gut so herumgefaltet und verschlossen wird, daß sie das Gut allseitig luftdicht umschließt,unter Verwendung einer aus mindestens zwei Bahnteilen (22, 24) zusammengesetzten Folienbahn (10), die parallel zueinander und die mit ihren jeweiligen einen Längsrandbereichen überlappend ausgerichtet sind und im überlappten Bereich miteinander verbunden sind,wobei die zwei Bahnteile (22, 24) aus einer in Transportrichtung (12) sich bewegenden einzigen Bahn hergestellt werden, indem die Bahn längs aufgetrennt wird, und indemanschließend die beiden überlappenden Längsrandbereiche (30,32) der beiden Bahnteile (22, 24) miteinander verbunden werden,zumindest das eine Bahnteil um eine erste Knickachse aus der Bahnebene herausgeschwenkt wird, wobei die Knickachse in einem bestimmten Winkel zur Transportrichtung (12) ausgerichtet wird, der nicht 90 Grad beträgt,dieses Bahnteil nach Durchlaufen einer Umwegstrecke um eine zweite Knickachse in die Bahnebene zurückgeschwenkt wird, wobei diese zweite Knickachse parallel zur ersten Knickachse ausgerichtet wird und gleichzeitig die erste und zweite Knickachse parallel zur Bahnebene ausgerichtet werden, so daß durch die sich überlappenden Längsrandbereiche (30,32) der überlappte Bereich entsteht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie relative Länge der Umwegstrecke des einen Bahnteils zum anderen Bahnteil ein ganzzahliges Vielfaches der Länge eines in Transportrichtung (12) sich identisch wiederholenden Muster-Rapports beträgt, so daß ein im noch nicht längs aufgetrennten Bahnbereich quer über die Bahn verlaufendes Muster im überlappten Bahnbereich keinen Versatz in Längsrichtung der Bahn, das heißt in Transportrichtung (12) der Bahn, aufweist. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßbeide Bahnteile (22,24) in einer jeweiligen Umwegstrecke aus der Transportrichtung (12) weggeschwenkt und in die Transportrichtung (12) wieder zurückgeschwenkt werden, derart, daß der Längenunterschied zwischen beiden Umwegstrecken ein ganzzahliges Vielfaches - auch ein Null-Vielfaches - der Länge des in Transportrichtung (12) sich identisch wiederholenden Muster-Rapports beträgt. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßzumindest eine dritte Knickachse längs der Umwegstrecke des Bahnteils (22,24) angeordnet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie dritte Knickachse parallel zu der ersten und zweiten Knickachse ausgerichtet wird. - Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßim Bereich vor der zumindest einen Umwegstrecke die ungeteilte Bahn (10) und im Bereich nach der Umwegstrecke die beiden überlappten Bahnteile (22,24) jeweils in Transportrichtung (12) angetrieben werden. - Vorrichtung zum Durchführen des Verfahrens nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,mit einer ersten Antreibstation (16) für die in voller Breite vorhandene Bahn (10),mit einer zweiten Antreibstation (20) für den überlappten Bereich,mit einer Schneidstation (14) zum Auftrennen der Bahn (10),eine Überlappungsstation (18) mit mehreren, in Transportrichtung nacheinander angeordneten Umlenkwalzen (34, 36, 38) zur seitenversetzten Längsausrichtung des zumindest einen Bahnteils (22) vorhanden ist, die nach der Schneidstation (14) vorhanden ist,die Drehachsen (40, 44) der in Transportrichtung ersten (34) und letzten (38) Umlenkwalze parallel zueinander und parallel zur Bahnebene und dabei in einem von 90 Grad unterschiedlichen Winkel (46) zur Transportrichtung (12) ausgerichtet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Schneidstation (14) vor der ersten Antreibstation (16) vorhanden ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Schneidstation (14) eine längs der Bahn (10) rollende Schneide (52) besitzt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Schneidstation (14) eine walzenförmige Schneide (52) mit Gegenwalze (58) besitzt,in der walzenförmigen Schneide (52) zumindest eine Stanzkerbe (56) und an der Gegenwalze ein der Stanzkerbe jeweils angepaßter Stanzzahn (60) so vorhanden sind, daß beim Hindurchbewegen der Bahn (10) zwischen den beiden Walzen (52, 58) durch die Stanzkerbe (56) und den Stanzzahn (60) gemeinsam aus der Bahn (10) eine Zacke (63, 64) schneidbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Schneidstation (14) wie insbesondere die rollende Schneide von der Bahn (10) weg- und auf die Bahn (10) zubewegbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie auf der Bahn (10) rollende Schneide (52) beliebig antreibbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie Überlappungsstation (18) drei Umlenkwalzen (34, 36, 38) besitzt,die Lage zumindest einer Walze (36) relativ zu den Lagen der anderen Walzen (34, 38) verstellbar ist,zwischen den Drehachsen aller Walzen (34, 36, 38) und der Längsrichtung (12) der Bahn (10) jeweils ein gleich großer Winkel (46) vorhanden ist,dieser Winkel (46)veränderbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdie drei Walzen (34, 36, 38) auf einem Arm (96) gelagert sind,der Arm schwenkbar (Achse 100) auf einem Auflager (98) gehalten ist,eine Verstelleinrichtung (92) für die mittlere Walze (36) auf dem Arm (96) so vorhanden ist, daß die mittlere Walze (36) relativ zu den beiden anderen Walzen (34, 38) verstellbar ist.
