Definitions

  • the invention relates to a distributor device for a Telecommunication system and in particular a protective assembly, to attach to a contact component of the distribution device is.
  • a protective assembly is e.g. known from DE 36 25 476 A1 become. After that is a contact component with a variety of Contact parts for connecting incoming and outgoing lines Mistake.
  • the contact parts have plug contacts on the rear connected with a corresponding variety of Plug contact points of the protective assembly can be contacted.
  • the Protective module is from the rear facing away from the operating side of the contact component can be connected to the plug contacts. She points a printed circuit board with fuses and Surge arresters is equipped.
  • One for all Surge arrester common earth conductor extends up to in the end face area of the protective assembly and forms there Contact zones with spring contacts of an earth contact strip Can be contacted, on a support part for the contact components is attached.
  • the one that extends over several contact components Earth contact strip has stamped spring arms between which the corresponding contact zones of the circuit board can be inserted. It is common to first pass the protective assembly from the side insert an opening in the carrier part and then on the Attach the contact component. The spring arms protrude into the area of the Opening into it.
  • the cross section of the protective assembly must therefore be be designed so that when the Protective assembly no collision with the spring arms is possible.
  • a Distribution device for a telecommunications system, according to the preamble of Claim 1 and a protective assembly, according to the preamble of claim 4 are known from DE-U-8 804 098.
  • an earth contact spring provided directly on the protective plug, which is in a contact component is inserted, which is in a distributor for Telecommunications equipment is located.
  • the one on the protective plug attached earth contact is on its from the protective plug protruding end in a resiliently compressible hook shape bent so that when the protective plug is inserted into the Contact component of the ground contact between two contact surfaces of the Contact component is clamped.
  • the contact spring is attached to the protective assembly here follows their movements when inserted and inserted from the side in the contact component.
  • the cross-sectional contour of the protective assembly is not affected by the shape of the earth contact spring.
  • the Earth contact spring only needs a small space for that lateral deflection when attaching the protective assembly. she can attached during the assembly of the protective module and with the Earth conductors are contacted.
  • the invention has for its object a simple, space-saving and safe contacting of the protective assembly with the To enable carrier part.
  • the support part for the Contact components e.g. consist of a chromed steel sheet, with which the earth contact spring can then be contacted directly.
  • connection elements of the earth contact spring e.g. as press-in pins be trained in the plated through holes PCB are pressed in.
  • FIG. 1 shows a distributor block 1 with a carrier part 2, in which disk-like wire guides 3 and contact components 4 are stacked in a sandwich.
  • the wire guides 3 have arcuate wire guide channels 5, in which incoming and outgoing lines (17, Fig. 2) from Side walls 6 to an operating side 7 of the distributor block can be performed.
  • the contact components 4 are on this Provide side with insulation displacement terminals 8, in their clamping slots the incoming and outgoing lines using a connection tool 9 can be pressed in contacting.
  • the insulation displacement terminals 8 are connected to contact parts which are in the Inside the contact components form isolating contacts, which by means Insertable isolating plug 10 interrupted from the front can be.
  • the contact components 4 have on their operating side 7 opposite Rear 11 plug contacts for one on the side Protective assembly 12 which can be pushed into the distributor block 1. This is along the contact component 4 facing Front 13 provided with plug contact points 14, which according to the indicated arrow direction between the plug contacts of the Contact components 4 can be inserted.
  • the plug contact points Protection assembly 12 according to the direction of the arrow between Plug contacts 15 of contact parts 16 of the contact component 4 insertable.
  • the contact components 16 are on the Protective assembly 12 opposite operating side 7 of the contact component 4 connected to the insulation displacement terminals 8 at which the incoming and outgoing lines 17 connected are.
  • the protective assembly 12 consists of a printed circuit board, a frame-like housing part 19, surge arresters 20 and Current fuses 21. Solder terminals 22 of the surge arrester 20 or current fuses 21 are connected via conductor tracks 23 the plug contact points 14 of the circuit board 18 connected.
  • the Housing part 19 is in corresponding by means of clamping pin 24 Clamp holes of the circuit board 18 fixed.
  • the housing part 19 is designed so that it is on the circuit board 18 after
  • the protective elements (20, 21) can be soldered on. This is due to an opening opening towards the circuit board 25 allows that encloses the protective elements. But it is also possible for each individual protective element or for individual Groups of protection elements each have a breakthrough provided.
  • Printed circuit board 18 On the back of the front of 13 opposite Printed circuit board 18 runs an earth conductor 26, which with the Earth conductor connections of the surge arrester 20 connected is.
  • the ground conductor 26 is essentially from the housing part 19 covered to save space. It is up to the front area the printed circuit board 18 and with an earth contact spring 27 connected, which extends along the end face of the protective assembly extends in the direction of insertion to the front (13).
  • the metallic support part e.g. with a chrome and / or Nickel layer is plated.
  • FIGS 5 and 6 are with another protective assembly 30 two-pole surge arresters 29 with their central axis arranged perpendicular to the circuit board 18. Between the conductor tracks 23 and the surge arresters 29 is in each case a melting ring 34 inserted with one side on the conductor track 23 rests and with the other side on one Pole of the surge arrester 29 is present. An earth plate 31 partially clasps the protective assembly 30 and points cut spring tongues 32 on the other pole of the Surge arrester 29 and this against the Press melting ring 34.
  • An overvoltage on line 17 ( Figure 2) is caused by the Surge arrester derived in the grounding plate 31, wherein the surge arrester 29 and the melting ring 34 heat. This is softened, so that the surge arrester 29 is pressed towards the circuit board 23 until it abuts a projection 33 of the grounding plate 31, so that now transfer the overvoltage directly to the grounding plate 31 can be.
  • the grounding plate 31 settles on the two narrow end faces the protection assembly 30 in one piece in the earth contact spring 27 continues, which are perpendicular to the row direction of the plug contact points extends and with its free end in the Insert direction protrudes.
