Sobald der Sensor anspricht, wird der Hohlraum 8 vom Druckspeicher her mit einem Druckmedium, z.B. mit Druckluft, beaufschlagt, wodurch das Schaltelement 5 in seine nicht leitende Stellung verschoben wird.
Claims (22)
- Vorrichtung zur Unterbrechung des Stromflusses in einem Kabel (13, 23), das von der in einem Kraftfahrzeug angeordneten Batterie zu einem gleichfalls im Kraftfahrzeug angeordneten Verbraucher, wie dem Starter, dem Motor u.dgl., führt, mit einem Gehäuse (1, 2, 3), durch welches zwei einander zugeordnete Enden des Kabels (13, 23) miteinander elektrisch verbindbar sind und mit einer im Gehäuse (1, 2, 3) angeordneten Stelleinrichtung (4), durch welche die beiden einander zugeordneten Enden des Kabels (13, 23) voneinander elektrisch trennbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (1, 2, 3) mit zwei an diesem fest angeordneten und voneinander elektrisch isolierten Anschlußklemmen (11, 21) für die einander zugeordneten Enden des Kabels (13, 23) ausgebildet ist, und daß sich im Inneren des Gehäuses (1, 2, 3) ein mittels der Stelleinrichtung (4) betätigbarer Schalter (5) befindet, durch welchen die beiden Anschlußklemmen (11, 21) miteinander elektrisch verbindbar bzw. voneinander elektrisch trennbar sind (Fig. 1).
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stelleinrichtung durch ein pyrotechnisches Element [4) gebildet ist, durch dessen Zündung der Schalter (5) betätigbar ist (Fig. 1).
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stelleinrichtung durch eine Druckfeder (7) gebildet ist, welche mittels eines Schmelzdrahtes (7a) in ihrer gespannten Stellung gehalten ist und welche durch einen den Schmelzdraht (7a) durchsetzenden Strom auslösbar ist (Fig. 2).
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stelleinrichtung durch ein Zylinder-Kolben-Aggregat (1, 5) gebildet ist, welches durch Beaufschlagung mit einem Druckgas auslösbar ist (Fig. 3).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (1, 2, 3) mit einem insbesondere zylindrischen Hohlraum (10) ausgebildet ist, an dessen einem Ende die Stelleinrichtung (4) angeordnet ist und in welchem sich zwei mit den Anschlußklemmen (11, 21) verbundene Kontakte (18, 28) sowie ein kolbenartiges Schaltelement (5), welches mittels der Stelleinrichtung (4) innerhalb des Hohlraumes (10) gegenüber den Kontakten (18, 28) verschiebbar ist, befinden (Fig. 1).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse durch zwei voneinander elektrisch isolierte Hülsen (1, 2) aus elektrisch leitendem Material, insbesondere aus Metall, gebildet ist, welche jeweils mit mindestens einer Anschlußklemme (11, 21) ausgebildet sind und welche den Hohlraum (10) umschließen (Fig. 1).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse durch zwei zylindrische Rohrstücke (1, 2) gebildet ist, welche mit jeweils mindestens einer Anschlußklemme (11, 21) ausgebildet sind und welche mit einer Ummantelung (3) aus Kunststoff versehen sind, durch welche sie miteinander mechanisch verbunden und voneinander elektrisch isoliert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das kolbenartige Schaltelement (5) an seiner Außenseite mit Kontaktfedern (51) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Stelleinrichtung (4) und dem Schalter (5) eine Druckplatte (6) angeordnet ist, durch welche der von der Stelleinrichtung (4) erzeugte Schub auf den Schalter (5) übertragbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (1, 2, 3) an einer seiner Stirnseiten mit einer lösbar befestigten Abdeckkappe (16) ausgebildet ist, nach deren Entfernung in den Hohlraum (10) eine Stelleinrichtung einsetzbar ist (Fig. 1).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 5 und 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (60) mit zwei voneinander im Abstand befindlichen Schienen (61, 65) ausgebildet ist, welche in einem ersten Abschnitt des Hohlraumes (70) mittels des Schaltelementes (71) miteinander elektrisch verbunden sind, wogegen sie in einem zweiten Abschnitt gegenüber dem Schaltelement (71) elektrisch isoliert sind (Fig. 6).
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schienen (61, 65) außerhalb des Gehäuses (60) als Anschlußfahnen (62, 63, 66) ausgebildet sind (Fig. 6).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (100) mit zwei voneinander im Abstand befindlichen Schienen (101, 105) ausgebildet ist, zwischen welchen sich ein Schaltelement (112) befindet, wobei dem Schaltelement (112) ein Isolierelement (111) zugeordnet ist, durch dessen mittels der Stelleinrichtung (112) bewirkter Verschiebung das Schaltelement (112) von den Schienen (101, 105) elektrisch isolierbar ist (Fig. 8).
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schaltelement durch eine Schraubenfeder (112) gebildet ist und daß das Isolierelement (111) zwischen das Schaltelement (112) und die Schienen (101, 105) einschiebbar ist (Fig. 8).
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schaltelement (111) mit Flügeln (111a) ausgebildet ist, welche zwischen die Schienen (101, 105) und das Schaltelement (112) einschiebbar sind (Fig. 8).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse durch zwei hohlzylindrische Gehäuseteile (120, 125) gebildet ist, wobei ein Gehäuseteil mit einer ersten Anschlußfahne (126) ausgebildet ist, daß sich im Innenraum des Gehäuses ein zylindrischer Körper (121) befindet, welcher mit einer zweiten Anschlußfahne (122) ausgebildet ist und daß zwischen dem zylindrischen Körper (121) und dem mit der Anschlußfahne (126) ausgebildeten Gehäuseteil (125) ein Schaltelement (132) vorgesehen ist, welches durch das Stellelement von einer die beiden Bauteile (121, 125) elektrisch verbindenden Lage in eine diese beiden Bauteile (121, 125) voneinander elektrisch isolierende Lage verstellbar ist (Fig. 9).
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schaltelement als torusförmig ausgebildete Schraubenfeder (132) gebildet ist (Fig. 9).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentanspr
ü che 16 und 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem mit der Anschlußfahne (126) ausgebildeten Gehäuseteil und einem radial abragenden Flansch des zylindrischen Körpers (121) eine Hülse (124) aus isolierendem Material vorgesehen ist (Fig. 9). - Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 16 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Innenwand des mit der Anschlußfahne (126) ausgebildeten Gehäuseteiles (120) eine Nut (127) vorgesehen ist, in welcher das in der elektrisch leitenden Stellung befindliche Schaltelement (132) gehalten ist (Fig. 9).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schaltelement (152) in Form einer Schraubenfeder ausgebildet ist, welche in einem kolbenartigen Stellelement (151) aus elektrisch isolierendem Material angeordnet ist, wobei in einer ersten Stellung des kolbenartigen Stellelementes (151) das Schaltelement (152) an im Gehäuse (140) befindliche, mit den Anschlußfahnen (142, 146) angeschlossene Kontakte (141, 145) anliegt, wogegen in einer zweiten Stellung des Stellelementes (151) das Schaltelement (152) von den Kontakten (141, 145) getrennt ist (Fig. 10, Fig. 10a).
- Vorrichtung nach Patentanspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontakte (141, 145) den Hohlraum (150) begrenzen und seitlich aus dem Gehäuse (140) herausgeführt und dort als Anschlußfahnen (142, 146) ausgebildet sind (Fig. 10, Fig. 10a).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Patentansprüche 20 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (140a) an seinen beiden Enden mit Stellelementen, insbesondere mit pyrotechnischen Elementen (153, 153a) ausgebildet ist, durch welche das Schaltelement (152) in seine beiden Schaltstellungen verschiebbar ist (Fig. 11, Fig. 11a).
