Claims (8)
- Papiermaschinensieb in der Ausbildung als Verbundgewebe, mit einem Obergewebe (1) aus oberen Kettfäden (3) und oberen Schußfäden (5) und mit einem Untergewebe (2) aus unteren Kettfäden (8) und unteren Schußfäden (6), bei dem das Obergewebe (1) und das Untergewebe (2) mittels Bindefäden (3) miteinander verbunden sind, wobei obere Kettfäden (3) die Bindefäden bilden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die unteren Kettfäden (8) paarweise geführt sind.
- Papiermaschinensieb nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die oberen Kettfäden (3) an untere Schußfäden (6) anbinden.
- Papiermaschinensieb nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anzahl der oberen Kettfäden (3) der Anzahl der unteren Kettfäden (8) entspricht.
- Papiermaschinensieb nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anzahl der oberen Schußfäden (5) doppelt so groß ist wie die Anzahl der unteren Schußfäden (6).
- Papiermaschinensieb nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die oberen Kettfäden (3) von denjenigen Bereichen aus an das Untergewebe (2) anbinden, in denen sie auf der Unterseite des Obergewebes (1) flottierend geführt sind.
- Papiermaschinensieb einem der nach Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die oberen Kettfäden (3) an den Anbindungspunkten an das Untergewebe (2) zwischen die paarweise geführten unteren Kettfäden (8) eingeklemmt sind.
- Papiermaschinensieb nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die oberen Kettfäden (3) einen geringeren Durchmesser als die unteren Kettfäden (8) aufweisen.
- Papiermaschinensieb nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die oberen Schußfäden (5) einen anderen Durchmesser als die unteren Schußfäden (6) aufweisen.
