Claims (6)
- Anlegetisch zum taktmäßigen Fördern von Bogen zu einer bogenverarbeitenden Maschine mit einer Tischoberfläche (1), über die mehrere im Abstand zueinander angeordnete, sich in Förderrichtung erstreckende, die Bogen transportierende Saugbänder (3) in Förderrichtung bewegbar antreibbar geführt sind, wobeidie Saugbänder (3) endlos ausgebildet sind und den Anlegetisch über im Übernahme- und Übergabebereich angeordnete Umlenkrollen (4) umschließen, sowie über ihre ganze Länge verteilt mit durchgehenden Saugöffnungen (9) versehen sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßjedem Beaufschlagungsbereich ein Druck- und/oder Unterdruckerzeuger zugeordnet ist,jeder Beaufschlagungsbereich durch eine unter der Tischoberfläche (1) angeordnete druck- und/oder unterdruckbeaufschlagbare Kammer (6) gebildet ist, die über einen Durchlaß (7) in der Tischoberfläche (1) mit der Unterseite von nur einem Saugband (3) verbunden ist, unddie Beaufschlagungsbereiche mit einem etwa einem Schuppenabstand eines zu fördernden Schuppenstroms von Bogen entsprechenden Abstand angeordnet sind. - Anlegetisch nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druck- und/oder Unterdruckbeaufschlagung der Beaufschlagungsbereiche in Abhängigkeit ihrer Abdeckung durch geförderte Bogen ansteuerbar ist. - Anlegetisch nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beaufschlagungbereiche mit einem Druck- und/oder Unterdruck unterschiedlichen Druckniveaus beaufschlagbar ansteuerbar sind. - Anlegetisch nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Beaufschlagungsbereiche mit einem etwa einem geringst möglichen Schuppenabstand eines zu fördernden Schuppenstroms von Bogen entsprechenden Abstand angeordnet sind. - Anlegetisch nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der jedem Beaufschlagungsbereich zugeordnete Druck- und/oder Unterdruckerzeuger ein separat ansteuerbarer Ventilator (8) ist.
- Anlegetisch nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Kammer (6) eine nach außen führende Öffnung aufweist, deren Durchgangsquerschnitt variabel zwischen völlig geschlossen und vollständig geöffnet einstellbar ist.
